The hotel is very close to Milan Central Station, and it's only about a ten-minute, 5-metro-stop ride to the Duomo. The staff were polite, and for Milan, it offers great value for money.

Overall is quite good. We booked the double room for 2 adults and 1 kids (5 years old), but we have to upgrade our room to triple room with extra charge. I have complained about this because our child don't need to upgrade to triple room but they said this is the regulation of their hotel, while we also lived at novotel milano, they are not like this.

Price-quality wise this is the best hotel I've for a long time. Everyone is super friendly and polite, rooms are nice and properly cleaned and the breakfast is very good. The front desk staff are rather strict, but many of them are kind — they allowed me to store my luggage and told me that the restroom is on the lower floor. Breakfast is basic, not very diverse, but has all the essentials.

The room was nice, service was good, and the location was also great. The only downside was the ongoing renovation outside, which started at 8 AM and was quite noisy. I went out early in the morning to explore the old castle and the park. There's a delicious pasta place nearby, run by Wenzhou natives; I recommend their asparagus and shrimp pasta.
