Sabrina met us when we arrived and gave us a tour. She was very welcoming and explained everything thoroughly to us. We had a wonderful stay, swimming in the lake, paddle boarding and using the ferry to visit local towns. Parking is tricky but Sabrina found us a parking space and we left the car there the whole week and travelled by ferry. The room was spacious and the kitchen was fantastic, lots of breakfast items provided and space in the fridge for us to put our own things. The town is small but there are bars and restaurants and a fantastic ice cream shop!

The shared kitchen really made this vacation rental a hit, and the lake view was especially awesome. Truly a relaxing retreat.

Can’t get any closer to Lake Como
Sabrina welcomed us with wine and goodies! Balcony was ON the lake. Moonrise was spectacular and the views are breathtaking. Plan on parking a couple hundred meters away if you have a car. Very nice place - we will be back!

This place is fantastic. Sabrina was so helpful. The place was maculate and right on the lake. We would definitely recommend this place to everybody.

La Darsena di Riva Grande is located right on the lake in beautiful Moltrasio. (Just a 15 minute taxi ride from the Como train station) You can walk to many great restaurants, a gelataria and the ferry station in under 10 minutes. (The ferry gets you to Belagio and Varenna in less than 2 hours) You’ll also be greeted by incredible views from your private balcony or on the lower dock. There’s not a better place to wake up on Lake Como!

We were met by Sabrina at checkin. She is a wonderful host who helps also with finding excursions (boat tours, plane tours, you name it). The kitchen is tastefully stocked with treats on your stay.

Sabrina was a very nice host, enough espresso in the kitchen and welcome drinks. Couple of good restaurants close by, ferry station 5 min. by foot. You can also hike in Moltracio, if you are lucky, public parking directly in front of the house.

We just loved our couple of nights at this cozy lakefront apartment, the room and bed were very comfy, the view and location was absolutely stunning, and kitchen was well appointed and stocked with goodies
