I was visiting Novara in September and stayed for 10 days. I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They went over and above to make my stay so comfortable. The suite I had was deluxe and there was a large variety of baked goods, fresh fruits, cereals and excellent coffee made to order every morning. The location is the best as the train station is within walking distance and there is Lovely piazza around the corner for shopping and dining

I want to give a special acknowledgement to Mario and Matteo for their special attention!

I hope to return in the future and know where I will be staying.

Good location, walking distance to the city centre. Easy to find and access, with a private parking connected through elevator directly to the reception area.
The staff at the reception and breakfast launch were very polite. We had a good breakfast, in a quiet and nice environment. All very clean. The Junior Suite had a good price, with good bath products and cold water bottles offered by the hotel.

Clean room/bathroom and cosy bed.
Great postion-from your bed you can see the statue of Giuseppe Garibaldi at Piazza ,named after him, and trainstation is near but you can't hear train's noise.
Easy and energetic breakfast, just enough meal for sightseeing beautiful Novara.
