We booked a suite and it was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location, walkable to station and the plaza. The staff was professional, breakfast had a very good selection. We will stay again when we come back to Novara.

If u need to get to Malpensa the next day and you have already done Milan or want a cheaper alternative, this hotel is ideal. It is located 100 metres from the train station, and that is also where the buses to Malpensa also depart from (every 2 hrs or so for €9). It is near Novara's old town which has good shops, cafes and ideal for a half day. The hotel itself is good with helpful staff. We choose a suite for €145 and is large and comfortable. Shower is a bit old but otherwise all good. Breakfast is poor as they don't seem to replenish stocks.

We stayed on ney year's eve to assist to a theatre gala performance in the lovely Novara Theatre. Hotel was centrally located, We could walk to the theatre and visit walking old center . Room was large and clean. Bathroom clean but did not like it due to the bath tub Lobby nicely decorated for christmas . Breakfast was of good quality and varied. Everything was ok, but mainly the gentle and profesional staff from the reception to the check out. Reccomended

Stayed here for 4 nights solely based on #1 ranking on tripadvisor at the time of booking. Pros: * perfect location (only 50 metres from the Novara station, airport bus stops right in front of the hotel, in the town centre) * free internet (but wifi reception varies, we changed room twice for a better reception) * good noise insulation - hardly hear any traffic noise after you close the window. Cons * average breakfast (the staff served us was very polite and helpful), no hot meal served, choices were somewhat limited * rooms showing its age (broken shower heads, well, the hotel did come and fix it on our second night) * rooms are small (at end of the the corridor on each floor has a bigger room)

Stayed here for a second time (see review) during a business-trip. Still clean with modern and large rooms. The location is perfect when you arrive by Shuttle-Bus from and to airport Milano-Malpensa (45 min) as the bus stop is directly in front of the entrance. My only complaint: The room rate was significantly more expensive compared to the stay two years before. So, this time value for money was a bit worse.

It’s a nice hotel close to the train station and close to the centrum, so it’s close to a lot of restaurants. The breakfast is ok and the staff are there to please you

I was visiting Novara in September and stayed for 10 days. I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They went over and above to make my stay so comfortable. The suite I had was deluxe and there was a large variety of baked goods, fresh fruits, cereals and excellent coffee made to order every morning. The location is the best as the train station is within walking distance and there is Lovely piazza around the corner for shopping and dining

Overall the room is okay. Just the lighting too dim, the shower room is too old and many spoilt items. Sometime the cleaner not TOP up the sandals and you need to request at Counter. The counter guys are helpful and nice though. I would say good service just the room amenities not so good.
