The location is exceptional. The staff were very kind, friendly and cooperative. The view is extraordinary looking directly at "il lago maggiore".
We were group of families and we all liked it very much! I highly recommend this property 👌.

Worst holiday experience ever! The unit was ugly, bad maintained, dirty, Old furniture, equipment like 30 years ago, the TV was looking like from 1980.
Kitchen doors were hanging, the toilet was loose and the seat was broken, we had a basket full of yeast, dirty towel and dust on the closet , No Wi-Fi signal , Doors and windows were not able to be opened or closed without using a lot of power, Ants in the unit, no air condition or even fan. Power outlet with loos cable and missing lamp cover were repaired after intervention , but Reception wasn’t very responsible, Told us owner was not willing to spend money for repairs! After my complain the owner offered a meal in one of their restaurants around, disgusting !

A beautiful view of the lake. The staff is very friendly. But the apartments are very shabby, the pool isn't that nice and the drive up and down is no fun.

The location has a beautiful view over the lake. There are two parking lots with enough parking spaces. Access by car is difficult, the road being very narrow, without being able to pass two cars at the same time, but you can carefully climb by car. The building is quite old but has everything you need. There is no air conditioning and there are a lot of ants, any food left on the balcony attracts a lot of ants quickly.

Worst experience, they would sell you a hotel vouchers and then not reply to your e-mail or drop a phone when you try to make reservation with this vouchers. Avoid this place.
