Overall, this is a good hotel in the sense of where it is located during Ski season. This is a great place as you are only around 25 minutes away from Sestriere, which can be easily accessible from public busses. The staff are overall kind and they offer alright service with one set back being the servers at breakfast and Dinner not being able to speak the beat English meaning it can be hard to communicate. Finally the rooms are pretty much all you need for a ski trip as realistically you are only sleeping in them but otherwise they are in no way outstanding from other hotels. The views are also very nice from the Hotel and this place is very Child friendly.

Let's start with the positives: the reasonable price, the varied and plentiful breakfast, and the owners' kindness. The location isn't particularly scenic, being on the road to Pragelato, but the traffic disappears at night and the silence is guaranteed. The furnishings are dated, and the bathroom could use some work; the shower temperature control didn't work, although fortunately it was warm (a bit too hot). Dinner, unfortunately, was of poor quality, both in terms of food and preparation. For this price, you can definitely make do. I didn't use the pool, which could certainly be a plus overall.

The highlight is very friendly staff and good service. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were fine. The rooms were nice but not fancy

The hotel is very nice, clean, and the food is good, with a varied and plentiful breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is the accessible room, with an inadequate bathroom: no showerhead or toilet button, a pedestal under the sink, and a faucet without a longer rod, and a shower tray 10 cm from the floor.

A beautiful hotel with a truly delightful outdoor area: a well-maintained soccer, basketball, and volleyball court with a stunning mountain backdrop! I'd pay attention to the pulley, as I think it needs adjusting; it moves incredibly fast and doesn't stop smoothly! The indoor pool is pleasant, but I'd appreciate some extra cleaning on the greenish-green tiles. The room is nice and spacious, with a lovely balcony, but a bit dark; I think they could use a dimmer. The dining room is very pretty, with lots of beautiful windows. Dinner was adequate, but I wouldn't return for the food. Breakfast was decent. The lady at reception was friendly. The bathrooms in the common areas were very clean, but I'd change the toilet brushes.

The beauty of simple and genuine things. Courtesy and politeness, quality food, and the very friendly staff, who, despite our large and noisy group, were wonderful. Spacious and clean rooms, exceptional spaces perfect for relaxation. The pool is the icing on the cake. See you soon!

The restaurant is part of a residence. It must be said that the dining room isn't particularly impressive, but the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious, home-style, and served in generous quantities! The quality/price ratio is excellent. I recommend it for a casual dinner.

Very good, cheap and characteristics restaurant. Two entrees, three main courses and two meat dishes atonly 15€. Wine and coffee included. Just fantastic!
