I arrived the day all streets where cut for a cyclist event, so I had to park my car 3 km from the Hotel and walk through the forest to reach the Hotel with a 25 KG luggage. They never sent an email or even a call adverting about this. Also the restaurant service was pretty bad, I had dinner and the waiter was visible affected by alcohol compsumption, forgetting orders and even though charging me for a full menu when I just had a course. 30 Euro total. The food was pretty bad also. They also charged me 4.50 Euro for something they called a council tax. So definitely a bad experience, I´´never return to this Hotel

We only stayed one night, but we're eager to return. The hotel is simple, clean, and traditional, with lots of games and books for our child. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was simple but clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast offered a variety of choices. We didn't skip dinner, but I noticed a good selection of wines.

Very good, the rooms are spacious and clean enough, the staff is very friendly, and the location is truly excellent. Top-notch cuisine at truly reasonable prices!

The hotel is old and poorly maintained.
It's located off the beaten path; you'll need a car to get to the ski lifts.
Very friendly staff and good food.
The price is high for what it is (I expected much better).

Charming host. Excellent restaurant. Have updated the main floor. If it's on you're route, stop at this hotel.

Excellent service, kind personnel, excellent food and choice of wine. 5 minutes from the sky slopes and sky school.

Good hotel with a room with a balcony not very large but comfortable and spotless. Staff very kind and helpful. Buffet breakfast for the packaged part and the fresh dessert served at the table. Not even 10 minutes by car from the center of Sestriere.
Having stayed only one night with a night + breakfast formula, I cannot judge the restaurant part.
