Welcoming reception, who were very helpful later when we had to add an extra night to our stay due to ferry cancellations. Good sized room with everything we need, not over looked by others. Nice outdoor seating area. The pizza bar was very good, the Rio restaurant staff were fine but the food awful. The grounds were nice, and easy walk to the beach in the lagoon.

The resort is nice, equipped with sports facilities, large pool and reserved private parking. The Downside was that they give the toiletries once, then you have to buy them.

The only positive thing was that the apartment was very clean.
The mattress was very old and uncomfortable the pillows smelled old and smoke.
We had to take out our own garbage and the evening receptionist was grumpy because we arrived 1 hour late even though we called her in advance that we would be late because we found a heavy storm on our way there.
We'll never use this place again.

Was nice enough but a bit expensive for the room that we were given. Expected a view but only had a side view of the lagoon and another building. No towel changing service for a 6 day stay unless you wanted to pay €10 per towel! Luckily there was a washing machine in the room. Aircon was nice. Wifi was crap. Definitely rent a car to get around as the property is well out of Palau centre and busses stop running on September 1st to that side of the island. One highlight was the beach that was in front of the hotel where we snorkelled for hours. Mixed reviews overall

While the location of the hotel was convenient, the overall experience left much to be desired. The room and services were underwhelming, falling short of expectations. Although the property has a pool, it is inexplicably closed during the day from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM, which seems rather inconvenient. Unfortunately, these factors made for a disappointing stay.

Perfect rooms. Only they dont offer any kind of soap and bin. If you dont like to wake up with sunlight, not your apartment, price/quality perfect
