We had an excellent three night stay with two small kids. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are simple - it’s not a luxury hotel but clean, comfortable, and working AC. Food was very good and large selection each meal. The beach is a little rocky but having it within just a short walk is worth it.

Basic very clean room. Food very fresh and varied. Excellent service always with a smile. The price was very reasonable. We loved our stay. Recommend renting a car to visit the beautiful beaches in the area and towns.

Review for Hotel Li Suari – San Teodoro, Sardinia Li Suari falls short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. The rooms are quite basic and dated, and mosquitoes are a constant issue. Smoking is allowed almost everywhere, which detracts from the experience for non-smokers. Although the grass is watered regularly, it’s poorly maintained. The nearby beach is not as advertised—rocky, with pebbles, and not suitable for kids. On the positive side, the entertainment is excellent, the food consistently very good, and the pool is clean and well-kept. However, considering the overall conditions, it doesn’t offer good value for money and doesn’t live up to its 4-star rating.

I was on holiday at the LI SUARI village Sardegna San Teodoro club, what to write that hasn't already been said, a beautiful place, well kept, staff always very helpful and attentive throughout the facility. More than good food, very varied, clean restaurant and rooms with daily linen change. Surrounded by a very green park. (The only negative note, the beach is not up to the standard of the facility. But go there on holiday because it's worth it, bye from pimark

Very friendly staff and the food was very good, but unfortunately we had a room where at the back (all rooms are on the ground floor) the next room was with a part above our room where late at night but also at other times it seemed like a herd of elephants was walking above your head and you could hear your neighbors snoring at night!! And then I haven't even mentioned the super small shower cabin where a normal person hardly fits. And not even a kettle or something like that in the room. Never again for us!

Very nice village, it would need some small works to rejuvenate but I would say it is very nice. Excellent food. Hotel beach I would say that it is not the typical beach of Sardinia, but with a walk you get to the nearby beach which is really super. The entertainment is spectacular! The real jewel in the crown of the village! Not just simple entertainment but real artists, congratulations!

Villaggio Li Suari is an oasis of peace and fun where you can spend your holidays. 2025 is the third consecutive year that I have chosen this facility for my family's holidays. I was happy with everything. The comfortable and spacious room, the well-stocked restaurant, of quality and with a lot of variety in the dishes, the entertainment is truly a strong point, the children have fun and the evening shows are very nice and well prepared. The location is also excellent, near the center of San Teodoro as well as only about 30 minutes from the port of Olbia. The beach in front of the village is not the best, coarse sand and some stones in the water (it is however equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for use by the facility) but if you want, the Isuledda beach is a 10-minute walk away. There is also the hotel shuttle that takes you to the Cinta beach. I can only recommend this facility.

Very nice village located a few steps from the sea ... excellent restaurant both for the quantity and quality of the buffet. Top services But the icing on the cake is the entertainment or perhaps I should say the artists of the kaparanga ... whatever entertainment you are used to forget it ... a real artistic cast that made our stay fabulous. We will return
