Do not book here. We fully prepaid for a villa reservation. They emailed us one week before our trip to let us know that there was a "system error" and the villa was not actually available.

We paid in full in March (non-refundable) directly via the hotel’s email. Upon arrival at 10 PM, the front desk tried to charge us an extra €450. It took 45 minutes, three trips to the back office, and even taking my phone away to check my email (instead of searching it on their hotel computer) before they admitted it was already paid. No apology. No welcome drink. Not even water – despite us having a pregnant guest with us. Room & Amenities • No coffee machine – just a kettle with nothing to make (no tea bags, no coffee, no sugar). • Water in the room is €4 per bottle – unacceptable for this price point. Breakfast • Staff never cleared plates – we had to eat on plates stacked on top of dirty ones. Service • Expect to call 5+ times before anyone answers the phone at reception, the bar, or the restaurant. Beach Situation • The “hotel beach” is public and costs €45 for 2 loungers + 1 umbrella. • Even after paying, no service is provided – no drinks offered, no help unless you beg. • Staff give conflicting information: beach staff told us to book at reception, reception told us “We don’t have a beach.” • The “lifeguard” only sets up chairs when asked repeatedly. Food • Pool bar food is poor quality for the price: • Niçoise salad (€16) = plain lettuce + canned tuna. • Club sandwich = two thick slices of bread, one tomato slice, and two tiny chicken pieces. • Restaurant service is painfully slow: dirty tables sit for 20+ minutes while waiters walk past empty-handed. Hidden & Wrong Charges • At checkout, our bill included €200 of items we never ordered – other guests were also disputing their bills. • Room service costs €10 per delivery, but this is never mentioned until days into your stay. ⸻ Bottom line: Disorganized, overpriced, and far from any suitable standards. Service is inattentive, the beach is a money trap, and billing errors are common. Save your money – you’ll have a better experience at a true 4-star hotel elsewhere.

Aside from the outstanding views and beautiful location, there is little to celebrate about this hotel. The staff were mostly rude and entitled (apart from one guy on reception who was excellent), the food was nothing special, the rooms felt rather tired, and the breakfast area was in desparate need of a second coffee machine.
