We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the resort, staff were extremely attentive but we had to leave a review and mention Hamza! He made sure we had everything we need and was so friendly, a credit to the 7 pines team! 😊

7Pines Sardinia was truly a dream come true for our honeymoon. We stayed at 7Pines for 7 days, and I have a lot to say. I first want to debunk all of the 1-star reviews: this resort deserves nothing less than 5 stars all around. From the hospitality and professionalism of the staff (G and Hamza to name), to the cleanliness of the rooms, to the amazing breakfasts every day, to the tidiness of the grounds throughout the property...a true 5-star experience. Any incredibly negative reviews should be taken with a grain of salt...it sounds like those reviews came from people who think too highly of themselves.

The staff made us feel incredibly welcome at every turn, including a welcome bottle of champagne and a beautiful tower of chocolate-covered strawberries. We received two turn downs in our room a day with lovely nighttime surprises and fresh water on our bedsides. There is literally no reason to leave the resort unless you want to explore the island of Sardinia.

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. We are incredibly grateful for the way we were treated: like true VIP guests, even if we are just regular lay individuals. We will most certainly be back.

Globalist stay with suite upgrade award to a ocean view suite. Suites are on a smaller side but was nice to have. Service was amazing. Hotel staff anticipated needs and were accommodating. Hotel restaurant on the pricey side so we mostly ate at local restaurants, which was worth the drive. The pizza restaurant at the hotel was good but overrated and overpriced. Overall, stay was excellent and would come back here.

The hotel was stunning and staff were lovely—we were even upgraded to a beautiful Laguna room with direct pool access. However, we visited in mid-October and were disappointed to find most nearby places already closed for the season. The hotel had only one restaurant open with limited options and very high prices (€162 for two pizzas and a bottle of rosé). We tried exploring Baia (20-25 minute walk) and Porto Cervo (10 minute taxi, costing €40 each way), but both were mostly shut down. Even online listings showed places as open, which was misleading. By Day 4, we decided to rent a car, which was more cost-effective than taxis. We had room service once for lunch, but most days we relied on the nearby supermarket (about a 5-minute walk). They had fresh rolls, meats, and cheeses, which we brought back to our room. One day when the weather wasn’t great we decided to play tennis court, this cost us €80 for an hour! It’s a real shame there wasn’t clearer communication about the seasonal closures. Sardinia is stunning, and we would have loved to experience it at its best. Had we known, we definitely would have chosen a different time of year to visit!

A wonderful experience from start to finish. We were met by fantastic reception staff who were very friendly and offered a drink on arrival and we had an upgrade with a sea view, thank you! Beautiful beaches and fabulous pools. A huge thank you to Hamza around the pool who was so helpful and had great interpersonal skills with everyone I saw him interact with. We had dinner at Capogiro which was sensational. We have never had a raw langoustine before but it blowed our minds. The meal at 160 euros each was money well spent, pure theatre in the best surroundings. All the staff were incredibly kind and I hope they all continue to do very well in their careers in hospitality. A big shout out to all the room attendants, breakfast staff, front of house and chefs, grounds people, gardeners and anyone else I’ve forgotten. . Magical!

We had a nice week at 7Pines, our room overlooking the main pool was good and the housekeeping throughout the week was outstanding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices of hot and cold food and the service was always very good. I wish the hotel would set a dress code for breakfast, I find it very distasteful people coming to breakfast in bikinis. The pool service was also very good, always checking on you to make sure everything is okay. The main reason I gave the resort a ‘good’ rating is that the food and drinks are extremely expensive and therefore we chose to eat out in Baja most evenings.

Beautiful property! Grounds are well kept, rooms are spacious and beautiful, staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Antonio, at the concierge, is wonderful! He recommended beautiful beaches (taking into account weather) and arranged all our dinner reservations. We looked forward to seeing Gaia, who is part of the hostess team, every morning for breakfast. Hamsa, the pool attendant, went above and beyond for us - set up our pool cabanas and made sure we had enough towels and waters. We loved laughing with him! Thank you for a great stay 7Pines!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. A couple of things really stood out to us: when I explained that our original room wouldn’t work, the staff immediately upgraded us to something much better without any fuss. On the day we checked out, they went out of their way to provide us with a room to freshen up before our taxi collected us at 6pm—such a thoughtful touch that made our journey so much more comfortable. The service was genuinely attentive, and those small but meaningful gestures left a lasting impression. Highly recommend this hotel. There were so many stand out moments. Another point to mention were the staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Names that come to mind were Nicola on Reception, Alberto around the pool area, and of course the famous Hamza. He really is a fantastic asset to the hotel and is brilliant with everyone who comes to the pool or beach. Another lovely touch is there is water in your room, and around the pool... The gym is outstanding and what a place to do your workout! There is also an amazing breakfast. Fabulous and abundant. A few points to mention, which I wouldn't even say were negative because overall this is an amazing place, but I think they need mentioning. The Aperol Spritz are really not good. They consisted of a splash of Aperol, a splash or Prosecco or soda and the rest was ice. It was literally 19 euros for a cup of ice. It was a shame, because customers do notice this sort of thing. My only other issue were the prices, this place is very expensive and you are a bit of a captive audience so just something to mention, but again as I've said overall this didn't dampen our experience and 7Pines Sardinia deserves a 5 star review because of the service and staff.
