The hotel is nothing special and they are charging crazy money for everything. €40 pp if you go to their private beach, all of the sports courts are paid and so on. We booked their ebikes and I was very disappointed by the quality and comfort. You can’t fix the seat position without a proper tool and no one is offering you help with it.
The beach is far from the hotel and not amazing. The restaurant is €€€€€ for tiny portions, I wouldn’t recommend. I tried their ravioli and it was one of the worst I’ve had in Sardinia.
On the bright side, the room comes with a delicious brekkie! However, we stayed for a week and they didn’t change it even once.
Also, the rooms are nice but you can hear the neighbours. Also, they are lacking modern features such as USB-c and USB-a ports, coffee machine etc.
The one thing we loved is that you will most likely see deers every day at the property, near the pool.
I wouldn’t recommend!

Minimalistic, stylish, eco hotel. Service can be improved. Some of the staff were very friendly. I was there for a Retreat Show, so there were quite a lot of people, with full occupancy. I wish there were more vegetables and healthier options. I wish there were a free shuttle to the beach club, but there was not. I wish the bicycle rental was also included. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

Unparalleled experience. Excellent service and hospitality. Room in perfect condition, lovely pool, opportunity to play golf, excellent restaurant, and a luxurious beach club. Superb!

Great, quiet place near Pula. Top notch service from working people! We only have breakfast and they should have more options in vegetables. But overall this place is astonishing:)

Very nice Hotel for couples! Very good breakfast, nice pool. Not recommended at all for families with small children, no activities for toddlers. The quality of the dinner is unfortunately not as advertised gourmet dinner advertisment and pricing)

The Room
We booked the hotel via booking.com. The room was spacious and modern, equipped with basic bath and toilet amenities. We stayed on the second floor, which offered direct access to the garden from the balcony. However, it lacked several expected in-room amenities such as coffee/tea-making facilities, slippers, and a flat iron. During our stay (29 June to 1 July), the room temperature was uncomfortably warm. The air conditioning could not be set below 23.7°C and was not adjustable manually. This issue made daytime rest difficult and was a common concern shared by other guests as well.
The Hotel
In my opinion, the hotel is not particularly family-friendly for those with toddlers. It is not stroller-accessible, and there are limited facilities or activities catered to young children.
The Beach Club
I would hesitate to describe it as a proper beach club. The charge of €30 per sunbed is not justified, especially considering the beach itself was murky and covered in decaying seagrass. In addition, they don't have changing rooms. Overall, it did not meet expectations.

Considering the price point and the amenities offered, I would not recommend this hotel. There are other properties in the area that offer better value, comfort, and facilities.

The rooms were spacious and clean. We were guest in June and it wasn't crowded at all.
The location is great, very close to Pula, Chia and Tuerredda beaches.
A few things they could improve:
- Parasol on the swimming pool could be bigger, and there is not enough shade overall.
- I would have appreciated more local cured meat and cheese at breakfast.
- Lunch and dinner are not worth the price consodering many other local eateries nearby with better value for money and choice.

Very clean rooms, comfortable sun loungers, nice area, great pool, lots of staff and 24/7 reception.

We had a memorable day, we got here on Wednesday and everything was really great.
The food was very fresh and the service impeccable, we wanted to stop just for an aperitif and Nicola convinced us to take two appetizers that also turned into two main courses =)
After lunch he kindly showed us around and the hotel, it will definitely be our choice for the next holidays in Sardinia.

We went to lunch at the beach club and had the best time ever! Nicola and the staff were excellent, and made it very special for my husbands bday and even gave him a personal custom card it was so thoughtful!! The food was 10000/10 and the view was incredible! We will be back!
