Very nice and practical B&B. Very well located, few minutes walk from the historical center of Palermo. A secured private parking (extra charge) is available next to the hotel. The room was big, comfortable and amazing huge ceiling. The breakfast was average. The hotel is good for short stays

The location is good and there is a private parking across (if you are lucky and tell them you will stay at the hotel for days they will allow you to park there). The staff was also polite and nice however the rooms need some work. The bathroom had a very strong smell that would not go away. There was no proper blanket cover but only a bed sheet over a blanket which is not pleasant or hygienic. The bathroom towels looked overused and there was no selection of shampoo, shower gel or slippers available. The breakfast buffet was very basic and no covers over the fresh products considering the amount of flies around.

A masterpiece – pure passion turned into perfection
Wow. This place is incredibly stylish and full of character. In the hallway, you'll find photos of the original, crumbling building – and it’s almost impossible to believe it’s been transformed into this absolute gem. Only someone with true passion, dedication, and a deep understanding of taste and architecture would dare to take on such a project.

The result is stunning: soaring 6-meter-high ceilings, original wooden beams beautifully exposed, and old doors creatively turned into side tables. Every detail has been carefully considered.

The owner is just as remarkable – kind, helpful, and clearly devoted to making every guest feel at home.

The location is fantastic too – just a few hundred meters from Palermo’s shopping district. But don’t get stuck there! Palermo has so much more to offer, so make sure you explore this fascinating city.

Honestly, I didn’t want to write this review… because I’d love to keep this place a secret. We’re absolutely in love.

It is next to a busy road but the room (on the second floor) was quite quiet when the windows were closed. I was impressed, I'm very sensitive to noises. The view was not as good as I expected (I had to go out to the balcony to see a bit of sea in a sea-view room), but I liked everything else, so I would recommend it. The receptionist girl was super nice and gave us a very detailed, super fast map-tour, when we checked in. The breakfast was better than a usual Italian b&b breakfast, with really nice coffee.

Nice, spacy and clean rooms. The house was recently completely renewed using old materials. Good breakfast in the restaurant in ground floor. Nice owner. I can highly recommend this BnB. Will certainly come again.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean, and the host was welcoming and friendly. They also spoke English, which made things easy. The location is convenient, with lots of cool places nearby, our hosts provided us with a map of the area and circled key points of interest we should visit. They also had a list of restaurants in the area to visit (check out “Seven” if you want to experience some amazing views of the city) The breakfast was tasty and was a nice way to start the day. I highly recommend staying here! We will stay here again during our next visit to Palermo!

My family and I had a great experience here. We are a family of 5 and our suite was spacious to accommodate all of us, also giving the older ones to have their own space. We stayed on the top floor, which was very bright (amazing skylight) with a large kitchen and living space. The building looked to be recently renovated and very clean.
The staff were extremely helpful and responsive. My daughter left one of her items behind and Eugenio helped send it overseas by visiting the UPS branch three times to make sure it was sent properly. Overall it was a great stay and my experience with the aftercare made it an extra special place. Thank you!

Clean spacious but simple rooms, with minimal in room amenities (no safe, wine fridge only, etc). The beds were very comfortable which was a very nice perk. Comfortable furniture was also missing, only providing dining/desk chairs. Breakfast and dining room is wonderful and delicious. Modern design, recent reno of a beautiful antique building while preserving tastefully chosen aspects of the original structure for an excellent mix of old and new. The staff are what make this place and are very friendly and helpful although I was not able to reach them on their preferred WhatsApp number.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. You're able to walk to everything with ease and there is easy on street parking. The rooms are nice and spacious however lacking comfort outside the bed. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Would suggest the hotel again for anyone staying in Palermo.

A wonderful experience from the first second at the Boutique BnB Dolcevita

The hosts organized the transfer from the airport for us. The driving service they work with only has luxurious, air-conditioned cars and at very fair prices.

The beauty of the accommodation was overwhelming.
Everything has been renovated and furnished with attention to detail.
Someone here has an eye for design.
The beds are huge and the bathrooms are very high quality.

Breakfast was a 12 out of 10 with lots of choice and everything freshly prepared. Sweet & savory, which we were very happy about.

The location is unbeatable, right in the old town by the harbor and everything is within walking distance

Eugenio was there to help us with great tips. He told us about the history of Palermo and was very helpful.

Tea, coffee and filtered drinking water are available all day.

You can tell that the hosts attach great importance to quality and sustainability!

Palermo is a breathtaking city ♥️

BnB is located in a freshly renovated building near Palermo marina and Old Town. Rooms are fresh and clean, with modern interiors. Breakfast was good, though you may get nothing if you arrive by the end of the timeslot. The staff was hospitable and friendly. Highly recommend all round.
