Villena Plaza by Wonderful Italy in Palermo

We live on 4th floor. Accomodation is less than average, air condition is working from its last breath, when you take out the card from accomodation it will stop work immediately. Today we returned from trip and we couldnt access this apartment. There is no reception, when you try to call on some numbers its only bots which say all of the operators are busy, you get zero help as there is nobody on the line. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS SHH!

I'm here right now, and they're really skimping on everything: electricity, water, cleaning—everything they can.
1. The air conditioner isn't working at full power; when I try to turn it up to maximum, a notification pops up about the center console.
2. Room cleaning isn't included in the service; you have to call the number and arrange for cleaning yourself. 3. You can just pick up the safe and carry it away; it's not attached to anything, but all the hangers are chained to the closet. 👎
4. For 5 people, they only gave you 1 key for the lower street door and 1 key for the upper one (yes, you can open the doors with a card and code, but no one told you about that, so I had to figure it out myself).
5. The stupidest thing they could do was turn on the "lights by card." When you leave the room, you have to take the card with you, but if you take it, the air conditioner and refrigerator turn off, so what's the point of it all? (I remind you that the air conditioner works very weakly because it's specifically set up that way.) The room heats up to 32 degrees, and when it's hot outside, you walk into a stuffy room... you open the refrigerator to get cold water, and it's warm, and the whole refrigerator is covered in water...
6. The floors in the room were terribly dirty upon arrival, there was mold in the shower stall, and the B&B itself was filled with disgusting, musty air. The smell.
7. Perhaps these issues could be resolved, but there's no one to contact. Our travel agent booked the room for us, and if you didn't book with your phone number, you can't even contact support (the system with this website and WhatsApp bot is also very stupid).
8. If you're carrying suitcases, don't even bother going up here. There are 72 steps and no elevator.
9. When you open the balcony, the air conditioner turns off (okay, maybe this is a common practice, but what a stupid way to skimp even on such a simple thing...)
10. The shower pressure is very weak; they're probably saving on water too.
11. No one explained how to get inside. I randomly picked the combination lock to get the key to the entrance, then got the keys to the B&B door the same way, and then looked for the keys to get into my room the same way. It's a good thing it worked out, otherwise I would have had to sleep in the shared kitchen, which smells terribly of garbage!!!!
I don't recommend this place to anyone. Think twice before you buy it. Come here.

Advice to the administration: you've done too much "modernization" - but you haven't perfected anything. Everything in your B&B is so stupid and ridiculous. Thank goodness I'm staying in a room in Palermo that's cooled, with the air conditioning set to 16 degrees Celsius, for three hours, from 32 to 27 degrees Celsius. Your feedback system is terrible. Fix it, and then I'd recommend you to someone! You're ruining tourists' impressions of this beautiful city. HORRIBLE!!!!!

I was very disappointed with my stay. The bedroom door didn't close properly, which was dangerous. The pillows were dirty with hair, the towels weren't changed for seven nights, and there was an unbearable smell coming from the toilet. There were no plates or cutlery, which is the bare minimum, even without a kitchen. The air conditioning was very slow, and the curtains didn't cover the entire window.
