Don't be fooled by the photos. AVOID at all cost. How they can call this a hotel, beats me. The room was more of a hostel bunk room. The door handle was ready to fall off. No toilet paper (what hotel is it if you have to ask for basics). The toilet seat was hanging off. The room needed a deep clean. Whilst there was a balcony to our room, there was no outdoor furniture so you couldnt even use it. Air con in the room, but no way to control it, and no remote for the tv. The breakfast was dire. Asked if they had any more cereals as the dispenser was empty and we was ignored. No clean cups and other guests were struggling to get a drink with a disposable espresso cup. When we tried to bring this to the attention of the staff, they were rude and snappy. We had booked for 2 nights, but after one night we'd had enough so packed up and left.

We booked this hotel through booking.com and I am very disappointed that they even entertain this hotel on their listing's. We have generally had very positive experiences with the hotels and b&bs they list.

A complete disappointment.
Only upon arrival did I find out that the hotel was undergoing renovation. My room reservation had been confirmed, and even now Booking still shows rooms as available. This is misleading and unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel.

Other than the location, nothing good about this place. The rooms smell awful. A combination of mold/sewage from the bathroom and the showers leak. I requested a new room after 1 night and the lady at front desk was nice and offered me a new room. Luckily she came with me and we both noticed the same bad smell in that room. So she offered a different one. It reeked if cigarette smoke. The 3rd one she offered smelled clean. Then the elevator broke and nobody would help me with my 2 suitcases. And had to go down 4 flights if stairs. Breakfast was meh. I do not recommend this place at all.

Worst hotel experience I’ve had! There is nothing that works properly. Bathroom has a weird smell and the drain is not working at all. We called the staff then he came and said everything is fine. But it still wasn’t draining water. We asked for refund or change of the room but they said they’re full and can’t refund our money. I wouldn’t recommend this shit to even my enemy

I really like the 24-hour front desk here. They are very welcoming and helpful. The room is the best room in this price range. The picture shows the food court which is a 1-minute walk away.

NIGHTMARE HOTEL!
Cockroaches inside the room and thousands of ants on the breakfast bar, practically on the food...
I pointed out what I'd noticed to the lady at reception, and she promptly replied,
"It's normal for there to be ants" (obviously, I responded with a joke, telling her that in my house, it's really not normal, it's not normal at all to see ants on the food)...
About the cockroach, she told me I should call the cleaning staff and report it!

Hmm,
In what hotel does a guest talk to the cleaning staff?
Terrible service!
P.S.: even the bedspread was dirty!

I've sent emails to speak to the manager, but they still haven't responded.

I strongly advise against it.

We arrived around 2:00 PM, and the rooms weren't ready, so we went to visit Palermo. When we returned in the evening around 7:00 PM, we were surprised: the rooms were in a very run-down state. Five of us had three rooms: one double room so small we couldn't even open our suitcase, and another with a tiny window over 2 meters high. In the event of a fire, we couldn't escape. We reported this to reception, but they didn't do anything. In the morning, we encountered two girls coming out of their room and saying the sheets were missing from the beds!!! Never stay at this hotel again.

Reading these reviews, I have to wonder if we were even at the same hotel... Apart from the noise from Via Roma, everything else was nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the cleaning team made sure our room was spotless every day. We appreciated the central location and found it to be a convenient base for exploring Palermo.

I went a few months ago and my experience was great. The staff was super friendly and the hotel very cozy. The location was perfect, I could walk everywhere.

The room is clean, there is a good air conditioner, the Wi-Fi works. There is a gas water heater in the bathroom, so you won't be able to wash for a long time under a hot shower
