I really like the 24-hour front desk here. They are very welcoming and helpful. The room is the best room in this price range. The picture shows the food court which is a 1-minute walk away.

NIGHTMARE HOTEL!
Cockroaches inside the room and thousands of ants on the breakfast bar, practically on the food...
I pointed out what I'd noticed to the lady at reception, and she promptly replied,
"It's normal for there to be ants" (obviously, I responded with a joke, telling her that in my house, it's really not normal, it's not normal at all to see ants on the food)...
About the cockroach, she told me I should call the cleaning staff and report it!

Hmm,
In what hotel does a guest talk to the cleaning staff?
Terrible service!
P.S.: even the bedspread was dirty!

I've sent emails to speak to the manager, but they still haven't responded.

I strongly advise against it.

We arrived around 2:00 PM, and the rooms weren't ready, so we went to visit Palermo. When we returned in the evening around 7:00 PM, we were surprised: the rooms were in a very run-down state. Five of us had three rooms: one double room so small we couldn't even open our suitcase, and another with a tiny window over 2 meters high. In the event of a fire, we couldn't escape. We reported this to reception, but they didn't do anything. In the morning, we encountered two girls coming out of their room and saying the sheets were missing from the beds!!! Never stay at this hotel again.

I went a few months ago and my experience was great. The staff was super friendly and the hotel very cozy. The location was perfect, I could walk everywhere.

The room is clean, there is a good air conditioner, the Wi-Fi works. There is a gas water heater in the bathroom, so you won't be able to wash for a long time under a hot shower

This hotel is located in the center of Palermo. The elevator is also old-fashioned and there is no parking. The waiter recommended outdoor parking, which costs a higher fee of 20 euros a night. Breakfast was average.

Basique hôtel room, quite big but noisy (mostly coming from the corridors). Stayed there for a night so it was good and conveniently located

The moment I entered the room I could smell a little bit of cigarette, but when I switch on the aircon, the smell disappeared. The room, the bedsheets and the towels were really clean. The only problem was that I could hear people going in and out the room and it’s super loud.
My stay include breakfast, but I think it could do better specially the eggs. And the coffee machine only provided espresso when I pressed macchiato or cappuccino.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

It was renovated and clean. There was no refrigerator or safe. It faces the main road but it was quiet at night.

1 star for the size of the rooms (wow…)
1 star that you only offer 2 beds no queensize (for pairs and making love a real nightmare)
1 star for the “balcony” that was not useable in our case as it had not even a chair or a desk on
1 star for the breakfast… (which is over at 7:15 I guess) - always arrived at 9 and we had nothing to choose from… - hence, don’t book a breakfast. It’s there but not there..

All in all we still had a great experience which was due to the help we received for all we had asked.
