Not particularly elite - Spartan rooms in a very average building. Terrible water pressure in the bathrooms, and the rooms didn't feel particularly clean. Completely scary elevators that break down.
On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good, with attentive staff on hand. Location is pretty handy to the centre of Palermo too.
But overall, not a great experience here unfortunately.

Really terrifying rooms. It's not even a room, it's a cell attached to a monastery.
But the very good, kind and understanding people who work there!
Convenient location in the center 👌🏻
Not a bad breakfast at the hotel with fresh ingredients.

It was about a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. It took a while to get to the airport by bus. I was surprised that the building where I checked in was different from the building where I was staying.

Nice place. Luca and Luciano /the guys from the hotel were very kind. Parking in blue zone costs 1 euro per hour from 8 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm. From 2 pm to 4 pm there is no charge.

Spent 4 nights here in March, 2025. We cannot praise the staff enough - they were all excellent. The reception staff on arrival, and throughout were extremely helpful. Whether it was prepping our arrival or helping with onward travel arrangements, nothing was a problem or a chore to them. Another big thank you to the domestic staff - the initial pillows were a little wooly; however, this was soon sorted and firmer pillows were sorted. The hotel is ideally situated for the main tourist attractions, transport hubs and eateries. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The hotel was clean and serviced regularly. Although my wife wanted to practise her Italian, I was able to converse clearly in English with all staff members encountered. We couldn't find a fault - not that we looked, because with service like we received, finding fault was the last thing in our minds. Highly recommended. Thank you, Elite Hotel

Parking is a little tricky, and expensive with a larger vehicle (SUV) but convenient and safe. The facility is definitely older, but well kept. The staff was extremely helpful and polite.
