Marco - the owner of the place is a nice Italian man, with tones of local suggestions and advice. He treats the place as his baby, and you will meet him on the property daily.
The rooms and bathrooms had everything you needed, including TV, AC, and a tray filled with little jams & Nutella and biscuits, espresso pods as well as packed croissants.
Each room also had a mini fridge with juice boxes (really one of my favourite things) and cold water as well as milk!
The Urban room misses a net, so the mosquitos did a number on us but the other rooms seemd to have nets.
The property has a kitchen where there is a microwave, coffee machine, and a balcony to watch the ongoing traffic.

It's a central lodging with a helpful and nice host, Marco.
personally I would not recommend this spot. The rooms are on the third floor, and access only through a winding staircase. There is a small sitting area, which is not air conditioned, to be comfortable you have to sit in your own room. Breakfast is really nothing to write home about.

Cheap, well situated. The breakfast shouldn't be allowed to be called breakfast though.
