Location is great and the possibility to park the car in front of the building. Host was responding very quickly and overall is helpful.
I’d say that room we’ve stayed in requires a small renovation already but overall it was fine value for the price.

The heart of Palermo is there. For a moment we felt like citizens of the city. High rooms in an old tenement house, view of the street, dingy facades, laundry hanging from the balconies. On the third floor you can hear the street life, but it is muffled by the height. All you had to do was take the historic elevator down and after a few hundred steps you were on the steps of the Massimo Theater. I recommend!

In a residential building in the old city, I shared a small elevator with the whole building, and the elevator was very old with wooden doors. Downstairs were small vendors with tents and all kinds of people. The elevator was broken, and the room was very dark and looked dirty and old. I didn't dare to live there.

One of the shabbiest hotels. Dirty, the blinds do not work. Cleaning is not done daily. The bed, neither. The bathroom is very dirty, the towels are not changed, nor is anything cleaned. Bad treatment. We stayed 3 nights and they didn't come into the room at all.

Excellent location, convenient for reaching places of interest in the centre. The owner turned out to be a helpful and kind person. Availability of a coffee machine with pods always available. In the refrigerator there are n. 2 bottles of water of 500 ml. Average cleanliness. What I didn't like: sanabox.

Not the cleanest place to be. Unfortunately, when you find hair on the bedding and stains on the toilet bowl, your staying experience is going down. Not recommended.

Structure in the center of Palermo, excellent choice for a short holiday, easy parking, which in a city like Palermo is never a given. Basic breakfast.

Our stay in Palermo
Location was great, right in the historic district. Free parking was a joke. It was free if you could find a space on the street. In the advertisement, it appeared breakfast was included along with breakfast photos. Breakfast was not as advertised. It was pretty much non existent. The host spent time with us giving us directions of places to see. We appreciated that. He assisted us bringing up the luggage. Price for our stay was a good value. Rooms appeared clean and comfortable

The stay was lovely. The room is located right in the city centre but in a quiet area. You can literally walk to every main interesting places in the centre from there and the station is also quite close. The host is absolutely lovely, always available. The room was spacious and clean and there is always coffee available to make at the entrance. 10/10
