A truly underrated hotel!
The staff, accommodations, food and service were amazing!
The views of Palermo from our balcony were great and being outside the city centre away from the hustle and bustle was refreshing.
If you have a car it is definitely easier to come and go (driving is not for the faint of heart though, so be warned) being that it is up the mountain, but they provide a shuttle service both to and from the city centre and airport for a reasonable price.

Vacation in Palermo
Absolute stunning views! Loved the location even though it was 20 minutes from town. The quiet area versus busy city traffic noise was better for sleeping.

Overall a very nice place to stay. You need a car to get around because the hotel is high in the mountain.

My family enjoyed our stay the rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of selections, they also serve lunch and dinner in their restaurant.the staff was very accommodating friendly and catered to our needs,
the outdoor pool was beautiful and the view of the whole city of Palermo was breath taking
Margarita the hotel room keeper was always happy to see us, she was always in a great mood.overall the next time we go we will always stay at Hotel Bel-3

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and offered a view of Palermo.

The hotel is very quiet, clean, and welcoming. The staff are attentive and accommodating. The only slight drawback is that it's a bit isolated from Palermo's city center.

The transportation is very convenient, making it easy to go to various attractions in the city. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around, and the atmosphere is full of life. The room is fully equipped, the bedding is comfortable and clean, and the bathroom has a stable hot water supply with sufficient water pressure. The room is also equipped with a Smart TV. The most important thing is that you can watch the sunrise from the viewing platform
