The woman working there is quite unfriendly and yells at you in Italian. When you're staying there it feels like you're intruding in her house, like an unwanted house guest. The only friendly and helpful staff was the young guy who ran the reception in the evening (he's also the only one who speaks English). Also, the hot water suddenly stopped working in the evening and no solution was offered but to wait and hope it came back. Location is quite good though, but I can't call it a good hotel experience to be honest.

We were let down by our first choice booking and we were told we had to stay in this hotel otherwise are debit card would be charged. The two hoteliers are friends . The room we were given was very small with no natural light at all, even on bright sunny mornings we had to put the main lights on to see anything!
Breakfast was a stale croissant and some fruit juice and coffee, served in the tiny, cramped reception.
The part time reception staff were polite and the place was clean, but it is very expensive and an incredibly depressing place to stay.

We came here because they didn't board the ship for Genoa, and we found a unique hospitality. The staff very attentive in trying to fulfill our requests. Spacious room complete with everything, air conditioning, fridge and TV.

Worst service ever. The woman working in the mornings walks around with the headphones, cleaning stuff while serving coffees (after insisting demand), without washing the hands, with extremely bad humour. Really impolite. For moments I thought there were hidden cameras for a TV show.

An inexpensive hotel in Palermo that really isn't even worth the low price. Hot water issues, poor breakfast, dated rooms just make you want to find a better place.
