Nice, central, clean, easy to park, quiet during the night, staff was welcoming, nice breakfast with view - excellent choice!

Breakfast was delicious, an assortment of breads, cheese, meats, boiled eggs, bruschetta, and pastries, cakes, croissants, fruit juice and fresh fruit. Francesco was super kind and helpful to plan our excursions as it was our first trip to Siricusa. Room was clean, comfortable and had window views of the harbor. I would recommend it!

Everything was excellent. I didn't give five stars for the area around the property because it is currently undergoing renovations so we had to walk the longer way round to reach Isola di Ortigia (about twenty minutes). It will be perfect once the promenade is completed. There is a little sandy beach five minutes walk from the hotel that nobody seems to know about. We were one of only two other couples there so we pretty much had it to ourselves.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, large room was overlooking the marina. So serene and beautiful. The breakfast was very nice, in a sunny room downstairs. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We had an amazing visit to Siracusa. The location was great. We walked down a few blocks and crossed the bridge to Ortigia.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Reception was great, room was comfortable and conveniently furnished. Breakfast was excellent.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—just a 16-minute walk from the train station and about 15-20 minutes on foot to the island’s main attractions.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean， with the added bonus of being close to the sea. It even had two balconies, allowing us to enjoy the lovely views and fresh air.

What made our stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always welcoming and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed.

I had a mostly pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a **16-minute walk from the train station** and **15-20 minutes to the island’s main attractions**.

The room itself was **spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated**, with the added benefit of being **close to the sea** and featuring **two balconies**. The staff were also **very friendly and helpful**, which enhanced our experience.

However, there was one major downside: the walls are extremely thin. We could easily hear noises from the hallway and stairwell. On our last night, the neigh-boring room was very loud, which disrupted our sleep and unfortunately put a damper on an otherwise great trip.

Beautiful hotel which is perfectly situated by the Marina. Easy walk into Ortigia and the Syracuse catacombs. Would highly recommend the suite. Massive room with great amenities and very good views from the double aspect windows. Lovely place.

Wonderful b&b right in the heart of Siracusa! We arrived and walked around the parking lot/little fishing area. Stumbled upon the quaint restaurant in the back, along with water which was wonderful. Then we walked around the water towards town and fell in love with the city of Siracusa! The Lakkios Residence is clean, comfortable and the host/hostesses are very hospitable and friendly.
