Be careful with this hotel. We stayed at a room with a lot of mold, humidity, wall with no pain and we had health issues. The place was terrible. We left the property because we had an asma crisis and we had to seek medical advice. We asked for refund wich was not provided and made a review of the property on booking.com which they claim the resolved the matter and issued us a refund. A LIE. So be careful this is not a professional run property and we reported them to the local authorities, health and tourism secretaries.

The hotel is great, everything looks just like in the pictures. The staff is very friendly, but English is not their strong suit.

The rooms are as shown in the photos; however, when the windows are open at night, you can hear noise because the street in front of the hotel is very busy. With the windows closed, you can still hear the noise, but it’s not as loud. It’s possible to sleep in the morning and evening.

And the breakfast was always the same — it would have been great if there had been some variety. Even a simple salad with tomatoes and cucumbers would have made a difference. The coffee wasn’t really good either.

Despite the shortcomings, I would gladly come back to the same hotel.

This is a comfortable boutique hotel in Syracusa walking distance from the train and the old town. We had a well appointed room with twin beds. Breakfast was included and there was a good variety of food. Wifi was excellent throughout. The shower had hot water. Our room was cleaned daily. We stayed four days and would gladly stay again. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Nothing really special, old building, oldish equipment but well maintained and clean. The bed was good. Bathroom very simple. Breakfast simple as well but ok. No problem for the price. Easy parking nearby and walking distance from Orteggia

staff so nice and location very convenience. breakfast very plentiful and the view also not bad we could see part of Mediterraneo. Room was big enough and clean. we also allow to left luggage before and after check in/out that was good for our visit in Syracuse. good for short staying in Syracuse

We got a spacious room, the bathroom is also a nice size, the terrace is a bit narrow, but I could always see the sea in a small strip...I loved it. Breakfast was modest, but buffet-style, every day there were warm croissants, cheese, cold meats, salami, fruit, and small shop cakes. Coffee is brewed on site (encapsulation). The accommodation is small, proper, family-friendly. It looks like it needs a lot of improvement, but the staff makes up for it. Every day there is cleaning, refilling of water in the fridge... and a fantastic smell when entering the room. Pleasant accommodation at a very reasonable price.

Really enjoyed this place. Short walk from train station. Cozy breakfast room. Get to breakfast early if you can. Some lovely restaurants and bars nearby and many other sites. Check out a bar called Sazerac for amazing cocktails just around the corner. Was there late Sep 2023.

We liked the location. Staff were helpful giving recommendations regarding restaurants and directions

We didn’t like the room which was shabby and rundown. I booked a room with ocean glimpses and we could not see the water from our room or balcony. The room was not good value for money.
