Hotel on the island of Sicily, in the area of the Zingaro nature reserve, on a hill overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare.

Location: on the Northern coast of Western Sicily, 7 km from the village of Terrasini, at 42.7 km from the centre of Palermo. Distance from Palermo airport is 18 km from Catania airport - 247 km.

Consists of 5 buildings.

The hotel has 162 rooms.

Beach: public beach is 100 m away, the first coastal line. The entrance to the lagoon via steps from the platform.

Resort was outdated and service not very accommodating

The food at the buffet was terrible and cold. We weren't provided the internet access at checkin. The hotel has definitely seen better days you could tell the grounds and facilities have not been well maintained. There were no towels at the pools and one pool had very loud entertainment that totally ruined any relaxation one may have wanted on vacation. In addition, they played music until 1 am in the morning, so I got very little sleep.

We spent a couple of nights at the resort and after first night I did want to leave .. the room was bad smelling and not well maintained.. full of mosquitos and we ended up with several mosquito bites and couldn’t sleep during the night .. we couldn’t use the toilet sink cause water tap was blocked and the toilet room was infested of midges.. horrible experience

HOTEL TERRIBILE! Io ed alcune amiche abbiamo avuto il bagno allagato di melma per giorni senza nessun' intervento! Capelli nel letto con macchie gialle. Coperte discutibili.Cibo terribile. Corridoio sporchi. Persiane rotte e rovinate . Finestre che si aprivano. NON ANDATECI !!!

Stay somewhere else.. but stop by for drinks!
We had booked an overnight stay as we had to fly early the next morning. We arrived at the hotel at 8pm but the hotel still insisted that we pay the Club fee for using their facilities such as pool, trolleys etc. They spoke very poor English and the only food was at the hotel for 25€ per person… we found a pizzaria nearby.
Their bar by the water is beautiful and with a beautiful sunset.
The hotel is very worn out and they held a club party outside in front of all the rooms until 00.00 with very loud music and Italian shouting on loudspeakers. Not optimal when some might want to sleep and have to get up early… Therefore not the best experience staying there.

This hotel is terrible, staff have an attitude problem and clearly don’t want to be here. The “restaurant” is no more than an old style holiday camp affair, it’s like an old Butlins holiday camp We had an early flight and we were treated to a disco 50 m away No concern, no compassion!

It is not a place to be. Noisy, out in the nowhere, bad restaurant, no service, staff only speak italian, old hotel. the only good thing: good airconditioning!

The location of the Hotel is indeed beautiful and mesmerizing but the rooms are disgusting and dirty.
The breakfast is poor of food, lunch and dinner are poorly made. They give you tap water or low quality water in a plastic container. Never again.

In the hotel, the stuff speaks no english, no german, only italian. The hotel is full. No security stuff, the guests ARe stealing. The food terrible. We Payed for all inclusive, however if You want a bottle of water, you have to pay. There is no late beeakfast. You CAN drink if You want, the híve you 1 dl in a platic glas. You should shout With the stuff if You Need Help. No wi-fi in the room. It Was a nightmare.

I had to leave at 4 am for an early flight—not their fault, but I mentioned it while checking in. I was in a room overlooking a small piazza (part of the resort property) where a loud DJ held court until 23:30 (on a Monday night). I doubt there was a room in the place where the pounding beat could have been escaped. Don’t come if you want a quiet night.
