Amazing service without being overbearing, and we highly recommend the Alpine room with a private sauna. Located right across two gondolas, this hotel was a perfect base for hiking trips. A wonderful holiday. We came as a family of four with our two adult children. We had a fabulous time. The staff are warm and welcoming. The hotel is spotless and the food very good. The shuttle service to and from the lifts is great too. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor sauna and hot tub at the end of the day. Huge thanks to all the wonderful staff. We would definitely return.

We came to stay at hotel Gianna this January with a large group consisting of both of our families and also some friends. We had the best experience at Hotel Luis. Giacomo and the staff made us feel like they were welcoming us into their home. They were so helpful and went above and beyond many times over, making our stay and our trip a delight. Can’t say enough about their hospitality. Highly recommend!

We were been very satisfied with accomodation. Hotel is overall pretty nice and well stylized. Staff have been willing everytime we needed some help. Wellness services was excelent! Personally, i would like to highlite the orthopedical mattress and pillows, which is the thing we really appreciate.

Cozy and well organized hotel. A quiet place where you can peacefully spend a few days in complete relaxation. The hotel is equipped with a well-kept SPA. The meals on offer are excellent and the staff is very kind. The hotel has internal parking. It is the right place to start from for wonderful excursions.
