Lovely hotel, with small and well presented rooms, and friendly staff. Excellent placement from a 'ski in' perspective, but it is not really 'ski out' in the truest sense as you have to take your skis off after 50 yards and walk over the bridge to get the first lift up.

Great location in the mountains in San Martino di Castrozza. After a day of skiing welcomed with a 5 minute drive from the ski lifts to the hotel. Check in was fast and we chose our dinner for the night. After that we booked a spa time slot and it was very amazing and relaxing. The dinner was busy so I knew it was good. The hotel is located very conveniently with super views of the mountains and easy access to trails and cable-cars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice hote and a good location. Very friendly staff, who are the owners through many years. Rooms are large, nice and clean, and with a good little kitchen, where you find most of what you need. Hotel is probably in for an upgrade, and I woudl start with the very dark reception area, and make it a little more welcomming. If in the area, we could for sure stay there again.

Wonderful stay at the club hotel in Tenno. Very good hospitality. Very quiet and relaxing place, compared to the crowded (and expensive) Lake Garda. It is a wonderful base for swimming in Lake Tenno and other outdoor activities, for food and wine tasting, and cultural excursions.

Wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. Old fashioned values focused on hospitality and quality. Beautiful area with loads of diversity. The location of this hotel is very close to the Tenno lake, the views and atmosphere of the lake makes it one of the most beautiful and picturesque places in the area. The hotel felt extremely cozy and quiet, the room was full of all amenities and had a small closed kitchen and a balcony that overlooked the lake. It was very special and enjoyable. We (me, my husband and our cat) stayed 5 days in October 2024 and it was absolutely fantastic. The apartment (Dolasillas) was incredible, you have everything you need, including an enormous jacuzzi in the bathroom with a breathtaking view of the valley. We stumbled across this hidden gem by accident. One of the best meals we have had in a very very long time. Lovely ambiance and great food. Hotel is at a very good location for walking. Town centre is 5 minutes one-way and lift station is 7 minutes the other way. Also, Conard supermarket is 5 minutes on the way to lift station. Hotel is rated 4 stars by having a wellness centre (pool and sauna etc.). There are two dining areas, waiting staff are multi-lingual in our dining area. Then there are two breakfast area at the basement level....
