It was cheap compared to the other hotels here. We had breakfast, which wasn't the best, there weren't many kind of food. The beds were comfy, the rooms were tidy. The walls are very thin, you could hear everything happening not just from the other room but from the whole corridor. The staff were polite though. I could relax after 10pm, when other guests slept too. it could use a refurbishment.

Great alpine hotel! Very clean, the stuff was very nice and welcoming. Free shuttle to the ski lift and center is perfect. Breakfast was simple but absolutely sufficient and delicious.

Wonderful hotel run by the lovely Mario and the Bertrami family. Everyone so friendly and helpful, always with a smile. I had a wonderful time in this hotel. Perfectly located for summer, so many trails accessible nearby. The stuff was so friendly and helpful in deciding the best trails. The rooms was so comfortable and the view was breathtaking. The spa was a total delight, we enjoy it almost every night.

Good hotel but not a 4 star experience. Buffet breakfast -good selection and plenty of it. Evening meals were poor with very limited and sometimes strange selections. If you’re a vegetarian, don’t expect anything but salads. Expected more fresh food but some was obviously frozen.

This hotel and staff are charming, we would definitely stay again but try and get a room on the front. The staff were so helpful and we are both slightly disabled, nothing was too much trouble. The only reason for not 5 stars was the bar closed very early and we wanted a drink in our own bar. Apart from that. Perfect

Fantastic location on the Piazza Novembre and harbour, just steps from the Torre Apponale, MAG Museum, Bastione di Riva, historic Hydroelectric plant and ferries. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were small, but recently renovated - clean and comfortable with new bathrooms and mini fridges.

Great location right on the main square. Parking worked out great, easy to find, we provided our license plate number to the hotel and the car was recognized at the gate. Our experience at Hotel Portici was perfect! It really is the best hotel in Riva del Garda! It is just steps from the city center and Lake Garda! We enjoyed being able to walk out of the hotel and be right there close to shops and restaurants and of course Lake Garda! Booked 2 Junior suites for the family of 4. They gave us rooms 214 and 215. To reach 214 you have to take a lift/elevator, walk a few steps and climb a few steps to get to the 2nd lift.
