This hotel is a little jem in the heart of Rovereto. Stayed twice in the span of a week. The service was spectacular, especially Chiara, who was incredible and informative. We spent our second holiday here, this time in the summer. Both stays were great, we love this hotel. Its location is great for summer hiking and skiing. It is perfectly equipped, indoor pool with saunas, and outdoor heated pool in the summer with perfect facilities. Where do I start? Sensoria has clearly been carefully crafted by the owners, we met Leo one of the owners who was delightful. The staff? There was nothing too much to ask, a special mention to Monica who served us for dinner who was attentive and kind, Luciano, on the bar was excellent, Mike la was lovely arranging the spa treatments & Miaka was nothing short of going the extra mile in everything...

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Loved the food, the location is amazing right next to the Alpes de Siusi gondola. Such lovely staff and the spa is amazing. 10/10 ✨

Location very good with restaurants, beach and grocery store Coop (in shopping mall) nearby. Pool is great as sunshine available all day long, you can also rent beach towels from the reception for 5€/person/stay. Bar good pricing for drinks. Complimentary breakfast surprisingly extensive and good. Big parking lot with approx 20 spaces included in your stay so for us as the hotel seemed not fully booked...

MAN BODY HAIR Elena was fantastic doing our check in and leaving the key in a safe place (We did late due to a road clousure). The hotel is good but, after a good impression I went to bed and opening my duvet...surprise....Many man body hair 😫. I had to try to remove all of them coz it was already 1am and I couldn't call anybody to change. I tryed to load some photos...but my app doesn't work.

Great place to stay in Riva We stayed as a family in two rooms in August. Rooms were both very clean and comfortable with ample storage. Shower cubicles feel a little small ( I am not a big person) but bathrooms very clean and tidy. Air con in rooms did not get very cold but worked well enough. Pool area was very clean with a nice pool but too few sun beds with people reserving them for hours with...

Absolutely loved this beautiful, family run hotel. The location was perfect, staff were welcoming and very friendly. We had a Oliva room- really lovely- overlooked road with a glimpse of Lake view. It was surprisingly quiet and restful. The pool and garden area are lovely. Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of choice. The room was serviced daily with fresh towels. This is our last night of a weeks stay here,we stayed with a large group from Ireland with The Travel Department and I think its a wonderful hotel,the location is absolutely perfect,a 2 minute walk from the lake and in a lovely area,only a ten minute walk from the main square. The staff are so lovely, especially the restaurant manager,Draco and the waiters, special notice to Ombar (I hope I'm spelling...
