Sporthotel Winkler, San Lorenzo di Sebato1 / 16
9.5
Trentino-Alto Adige/Sudtirol, San Lorenzo di Sebato, Stefansdorf 28a, 39030 San Lorenzo di Sebato, Italy 🧭 Map
I stayed 9 days here with my family. We felt home from the check in and enjoyed every single moment of our magnificent stay. Aufgass in the SPA were a spectacle I tried to attend almost every day, my wife was hooked by the ypga class and Forrest Bath with Daniela, the gym had excellent equipment, and the food quality, preparation, and variety was probably the best we ever had. It is clear that the...
Winkler is a fantastic hotel. When you first step inside, you are given a very friendly welcome, really nothing is too much. The staffmenbers are super friendly and are always there for you. All this in an ambience that exudes luxury and serenity. The atmosphere in our room (love suite) is truly phenomenal. During breakfast, lunch and dinner the most delicious dishes are served always with a big smile...
This is one of the best holidays I have ever experienced. Before coming, there was good communication where the shuttle will pick us up. After checking in we were able to have a late afternoon snack and the welcome drink was a lovely touch. Our room is large with a beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. I was instantly put into holiday mode because of the vibe and ambiance of the hotel. All the...
This was the first time for us, as we wanted to switch the ski areas. We found the hotel to be top notch, it's clean, has an extraordinary staff and is quite close to the slopes. Normally we would prefer to be closer but this location is very quiet. You won't notice the short travel by shuttle (every few minutes) to the slopes. There is a great spa and two pool areas. The one on the top is a little...
Hotel Winkler Sport & Spa Resort has become our annual holiday destination – we've stayed here nine times. Our very first visit was back in February 2014, when the hotel was a humble 3-star property among many in the region. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms, and delicious food made a lasting impression. We also appreciated the variety of activities...
We stumbled upon this holiday playground and discovered a real wonderland resort. Can spend whole days at the SPA and pools. Only stayed for two nights and left with a feeling there was so much more we would like to have done. Above all, the Winkler is professional to the teeth. Highly recommend.

Ciasa Salares, San Cassiano1 / 22

Trentino-Alto Adige/Sudtirol, San Cassiano, Str. Prè de Vì, 31 Loc. Armentarola 🧭 Map
We have stayed at this hotel 4 times and it is absolutely wonderful. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, fabulous pool and extensive Spa facilities. The food is amazing including cellar dining amongst their 30,000 bottles and separate Chocolate and Cheese Rooms. However you should stay there because the Staff are the best i have ever met in any hotel, so efficient and caring and all long term...
Ciasa Salares is one of those rare places that stay with you long after you’ve left. Located in San Cassiano, in the heart of Alta Badia, this family-owned boutique hotel captures the true soul of the Dolomites—warm, authentic, and deeply refined. Every detail tells a story: from the cozy alpine interiors to the genuine smiles that make you feel instantly at home. And then there’s the culinary journey...
This is a place we will come back to year after year (this is only our second 7 day stay). Location in the high Dolomites (altitude 1620m) provides stunning scenery in all directions. Great walking with lots of cable cars, frequent buses (hotel provides free bus passes for the duration of your stay. Exceptional accommodation, with a daily changing restaurant menu and vast cellar. Very personalised...
Giving 5-star because there is no 10. Luxury boutique hotel with great amenities, e.g., pool, sauna (dry, steam), IR room, Turkish bath, hot tub, & massage room. Awesome 4 restaurants and bars on site. On site breakfast was fresh with cook to order with variety of delicious fresh options. Super welcoming staff, helpful and service. Great location with walking trails, and close to ski /hike resorts...
We had been looking forward to repeating the success of last year's stay at the Hotel Ciasa Salares. Unfortunately, it was not a success. Like last year, we chose half board, which included breakfast and a 3-course menu plus a salad buffet as a starter and then dessert. The food was not at all up to par with last year. We were served medium-sized dishes on very large plates that were not tasty at...
We had a great experience at Ciasa Salares. The staff was warm, welcoming, and exceptionally helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Delicious food and the restaurant service was top notch. The shuttle service was very helpful. Everything about this hotel is wonderful. Thanks for the great stay! Highly recommend!

An unforgettable, must-do stay in Bressanone. We spent two (winter) nights at Hotel Bressanone, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The hotel is picturesque, beautifully preserved, and thoughtfully restored, with a real sense of pride in both its history and hospitality. Travelling from Australia, we felt genuinely welcomed and couldn’t fault a thing. A special shout-out to Roberta, who made breakfast...
Second stay, breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is clean, luxurious, and in a superb location. This time I stayed in the main building, the view from the door was unbeatable. I'll definitely come back; I heard there's a swimming pool, I'll try it next time.
Very vintage hotel a lot of history best in north Italy!
Most interesting hotel I've ever stayed in! Very old, museum like inside, lots of artefacts throughout to look at. Paintings, sketches, newspaper clippings, furniture, silverwear, and lots more! Very cool place!
Staying at the Hotel Elephant in Bressanone is a truly unique experience. Every corner tells a story, making you feel part of Bressanone’s living heritage. The Michelin-starred restaurant is outstanding, refined flavors, local inspiration, and flawless presentation. The service is warm and attentive, matching the hotel’s distinguished atmosphere. Wonderful atmosphere and incredibly welcoming staff
Very classy, safe, clean. Felt like being in a premium hotel.

Great Hotel, friendly staff, great pool I enjoyed my stay, the staff was super friendly, the breakfeast was great, the pool area was fantastic. Only downside was the WIFI, it was terrible.
This hotel is a little jem in the heart of Rovereto. Stayed twice in the span of a week. The service was spectacular, especially Chiara, who was incredible and informative. Only a couple of recommendations. Put in soap dispensers in shower. Those packets barely wash an arm. Add a couple of fluffier pillows. Otherwise great stay!
Was here on business trip Rooms are great, a bit too warm so had to open a window in January as Aircon was not available till summer months There is no restaurant so went into town Breakfast was good but lacking in choices.
Little bit expensive for facilities they have, the girl in the front desk really nice.
The breakfast was terrible! ☆☆☆☆ but no vegetables, no toaster, 1 type of cheese, 1 apple + 2 oranges in the basket :) In the room the aircondition was not working properly! "O sole mio" Italia...
Breakfast can be better In general - very good hotel. clean, room is great, During Breakfast - I was missing vegtables. non of them were served.

Villa Bavaria, Merano1 / 30
9.3
Trentino-Alto Adige/Sudtirol, Merano, Kirchsteig 15 🧭 Map
We visited in December to go the Merano Christmas Market. Our host was impeccable, the room was immaculate; property is charming, gorgeous, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, one of the best breakfasts we have been offered in Italy. For that matter, everything was tops. Overall the best hotel I have been to in Italy, and frankly one of the best I have been to in quite some time. The location...
We had such an amazing stay here. The building itself is beautiful and full of character, and even though it’s older, it’s kept in absolutely perfect condition. Everything was spotless and really well looked after. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and the common areas and garden were lovely to spend time in. The shower was great too, which is always a big plus. The service was honestly some...
Hotel Bavaria was even better than we anticipated! I spent DAYS researching hotels to stay at for our first trip to Merano. The director Hans responded to my multiple emails with such positive energy that the Bavaria beat all the other options. He also made the effort to email after I’d booked to describe Merano and his email was perfect to make me relax that I’d made a good choice. As an English...
This is truly a beautiful hotel with a nice, quiet garden. On the outside it reminded us of a Wes Anderson movie. We also enjoyed the fantastic breakfast. They are even offering salmon and champagne. 🍾 The concierge recommended a great hiking trail which we really loved. Thank you so much.
A friend and I were traveling through the area and happened upon Villa Bavaria online. It seemed nice and affordable and we booked for three nights. We were so lucky to have found it. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was SO GOOD and affordable. I have Celiac disease and have to eat Gluten Free and they accommodated me above and beyond with baskets of gluten free snacks and bread each...

A huge thank you to Hotel Montchalet for the most magical 3 night stay. Every single member of staff (reception/ drivers/ bar/ restaurant and cleaning) went out of their way to be attentive to our every need, and always with a smile. Exceptional large room with balcony (view) and amenities…. Staff were superb.
One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. It started with checking in where they unloaded our car while the front desk gave us a tour of the beautifully decorated hotel. Our room had a hot tub and they provided small treats for us, perfect after a day of hiking. The breakfast was as good as you can get, so delicious. Great hotel
The best stay ever! Great room, wonderful food, excellent staff! All the little touches were exactly right!

Trentino-Alto Adige/Sudtirol, Bolzano, Corso Liberta 117 🧭 Map
The hotel provided a bus pass to go into the old town which was really appreciated.
Very noisy with very limited facilities, not even a kettle or bar fridge. Staff were helpful.
I enjoyed the beautiful cityscape and starry sky from my room window, and my comfortable room was a delight. There's no refrigerator, but the hotel has restaurants and cafes, and there are plenty of shops nearby. The hotel staff kindly provided tourist information, and we received a Bolzano Card, which allowed us to easily take the bus and cable car to the beautiful mountains and idyllic meadows. While...
The front desk service was very good, above average, better than the other hotels we stayed in. When they learned we needed a twin room, they even changed our room for free.
The room was small, the staff were friendly.
The hotel is very good. I was worried about the distance, but it turned out to be OK. I didn't take the bus, but walked there according to the navigation, which was an acceptable distance. The hotel is clean and hygienic. There is a supermarket and a fruit supermarket at the door. There are also many restaurants, all of which taste good. For bus card. Very nice, will come again next time.

We spent our second holiday here, this time in the summer. Both stays were great, we love this hotel. Its location is great for summer hiking and skiing. It is perfectly equipped, indoor pool with saunas, and outdoor heated pool in the summer with perfect facilities. The food is absolutely fantastic and the very pleasant and professional staff ensure a perfect experience.
Wonderful property in serene location with excellent facilities for either couples or families. Easy access to a multitude of activities
Wonderful hotel, friendly and kind staff. Excellent food and wine list. The position of the hotel is great, and the ski shuttle bus service works great (3 minutes from the cable car). The pool and spa area are great, as is the children's playroom. The cleanliness in the spacious rooms is impeccable. This was our second stay and we will definitely come back again.

Quaint hotel with gorgeous views, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, wonderful sauna facilities and superb breakfast and dinner accommodations. I highly recommend this hotel.
Lovely area with amazing nature outside the door. Hotel is set back from main road but a little morning traffic noise remains. Very nice staff. Clean and lovely.

The Abinea Hotel is a beautiful property, very well located and impeccably clean. The spa is excellent, and the lady who manages it is truly wonderful. Driving home from our roadtrip through Italy, it was just by chance that we stayed in this hotel. We booked a room with a balcony and the view was awesome! Where do I start? Sensoria has clearly been carefully crafted by the owners, we met Leo one of the owners who was delightful. The staff? There was nothing too much to ask, a special mention to Monica who served us for dinner who was attentive and kind, Luciano, on the bar was excellent, Mike la was lovely arranging the spa treatments & Miaka was nothing short of going the extra mile in everything...

Location very good with restaurants, beach and grocery store Coop (in shopping mall) nearby. Pool is great as sunshine available all day long, you can also rent beach towels from the reception for 5€/person/stay. Bar good pricing for drinks. Complimentary breakfast surprisingly extensive and good. Big parking lot with approx 20 spaces included in your stay so for us as the hotel seemed not fully booked...
Beautiful views of hills and pool.
MAN BODY HAIR Elena was fantastic doing our check in and leaving the key in a safe place (We did late due to a road clousure). The hotel is good but, after a good impression I went to bed and opening my duvet...surprise....Many man body hair 😫. I had to try to remove all of them coz it was already 1am and I couldn't call anybody to change. I tryed to load some photos...but my app doesn't work.

Pool area was very clean with a nice pool but too few sun beds with people reserving them for hours with...

It was surprisingly quiet and restful. The pool and garden area are lovely. Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of choice. The room was serviced daily with fresh towels. We explored the neighbouring...
