The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly! The hotel had great parking. Easy access to all sides of town. The restaurant was excellent also. Our only complaint was the beds. They were very uncomfortable.

We were satisfied with clean and comfortable of the facilities,generous spaces, kind sraffs.
Distance from old town and train station is not close but ig was already notified at thestage of booking.

The area is amazing along with the hotel but the bed and screening for doors and windows needs to be address. I am a frequent traveler that has been to more than 40 countries and this was the worst bed I have ever slept on and when I went to India I was on the floor. When booking the hotel room at a top price the most important thing is the bed.

Hotel is outside the city center but not so far therefore can be reached in 20 minutes by walk. Rooms are large and 4 people can stay very comfortable, parking is inside the structure with personal code to access. Hotel staff is gently and breakfast is served into the structure on restaurant beside the lobby.

When booking on booking the image is misleading as it makes you understand that it is completely in the historic centre, whereas it is close to the stadium. Ground floor parking. We stayed in a mini apartment... at first it was ok until when we were resting we noticed insects everywhere... walls dirty with killed insects and curtains as well. Friendly breakfast room staff, reception too, so the cleaning staff at this point leaves something to be desired, perhaps it also depends on what instructions they have for ordering everything. Paying €88 for a one star but booking giving three is way too much. Good and international breakfast.
