Bed & Breakfast «B&B Alloro»

Let's start from positive things. The place has really nice location, views, lots of friendly animals. The room was clean, the breakfast was ok.
Now let's move on to negative aspects of our stay. First of all, the contact with the host was really poor. The host doesn't speak English which caused lots of misunderstandings. Two things that attracted us in this offer ( swimming pool, bikes to rent) were not availlable, and host didn't inform us that these things aren't available. WiFi did not work and the cell network was also really bad in the area. Although we'd rather watch the beautiful landscapes of Tuscany than surf on the internet we think that wifi connection is a must (especially if a host declares to have one). Ants and insects were coming inside our room. After all these malfunctions (no swimming pool, no wifi, no bikes, ants) we asked the host to give us a lift to the nearest train station. Unfortunately she refused and we had to go by foot. Of course she was not obliged to do so but it would be a nice form of compensation from her for all the upset we experienced.
Overall the stay could have been really pleasant but it turned into a series of upsets. We advise everyone considering coming to BB Alloro to think twice before the final decision. The place is beautiful but if you are visiting the place off-season you might be treated as a second category guest.
