The front desk guy, Santiago, was incredibly nice. He'd traveled to China for a month before, and seeing we were Chinese, he was incredibly friendly. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and there's a wonderful aroma everywhere. Breakfast includes freshly brewed coffee. The rooms have high ceilings, large windows, and soft beds. Guests can enjoy a complimentary glass of wine or local champagne, as well as snacks. It was a fantastic stay, and the location is incredibly convenient for visiting various attractions.

The location is good and the room is relatively large. It's a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria del Fiore. The SPA is a bit of a rip-off, the hygiene is not very good, and it's a bit noisy. No new water was added the next day. You can park in front of the hotel to unload your luggage, but you need to inform in advance and the waiter will park in the cooperative parking lot.

The room was very nice. The service was great. The Old Palace is downstairs. It is very close to various attractions. It is really great.

The room is super big, the ceiling is high, the room is very beautifully decorated, and the sofa cushions are said to be changed every six months. The transportation is quite convenient, it is a 10-minute walk from the Duomo de Fiore, and it is not noisy at night.
