To be avoided, fortunately I only spent one night... and that was enough for me. The air conditioning was ineffective, the towels were insufficient and in the fridge there was a refilled bottle of tap water, against any form of hygiene as it was used by various guests.

The location is certainly excellent, close to all the main places of interest, very quiet at night. The host very kind and helpful. The entrance with self check in is fantastic.
But alas, the room was not properly cleaned. Copious dust on the floor, on the bedside tables, on the headboard of the bed, the air conditioner filters absolutely clogged with layers of dust deposited there for years, the kettle totally encrusted with limescale that was floating in the water contained. Definitely needs improvement.

Easy Checkin and a great room with a touch of luxury in it's furnishing. You just can't beat having a small bathtub for two in the room.
You are right in the middle of the city and it's a great place to explore Lucca from.

Great hotel in the heart of Lucca. Clean, comfy bed, close walk to everything. There is no elevator, must climb four flights if stairs to get to room.

- Great location, very easy to reach and access the room with the codes
- Various attentions of the managers very welcome (air conditioning on upon our arrival; tea, coffee and snacks offered; a pdf on what to see in Lucca
- Discretion of the staff who, not being present, contacted us on whatsapp but without any insistence and indeed asking us if we needed
- Wonderful bathroom, large and spacious

- In general the room was clean but with some deficiencies (the filters of the air conditioner not cleaned recently, the headboard of the bed dusty)
- The lack of staff, despite having been included among the pros, slightly affects the approach to any possible request. While appreciating, I repeat, discretion, we would have preferred one person upon arrival or at check out. Trivially, no one could give me the rest of the tourist tax. a small problem and certainly not significant, but the problem is the potentiality of the thing
In conclusion…
All in all a great experience, we would happily return next time in Lucca!

Central location behind the amphitheater square, spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast is not included, they provide some packaged biscuits and two coffee pods and a few tea bags. The staff totally absent, everything is done via wazap, you access the structure and the room with a code. I understand covid, but this all seems excessive to me. I am of the opinion that the owner should at least show up at the reception, or answer the phone, also as a matter of trust. For almost 3 hours I thought that something had gone wrong with the booking as the phone number was always disconnected, they did not respond to emails and messages on booking. Eventually they responded via wazap. I don't feel like recommending it despite the great location. For the price paid you can find better services in Lucca. Reception is essential for me.

Excellent bed and breakfast close to major sites of interest. Attached there is also the Conad supermarket. The bed is very comfortable (it is not always obvious). Breakfast is not included but if you want to drink a coffee or herbal tea in your room, it's possible. Efficient and kind staff

The structure is accessed via a code that will be sent to you via whatsapp and you will use it to access the structure, both for the door and for the hall and room.
Beautiful bathroom, clean towels, also a hairdryer and a professional hairdryer. In the room there is also a mini fridge already turned on and a safe. Through whatsapp you will also receive a map of Lucca and a beautiful list drawn up by the staff for places to visit such as restaurants and other points of interest, really well done.
