We had a lovely welcome from the staff.. we were travelling in late and their restaurant was closed on the night we were there. However, the lady at reception (we had phoned ahead to let them know our timings) called a local restaurant and booked us a table, which was very helpful..

Beautiful tuscan building completely renovated. Excellent furnishings in the common areas, a little less the furnishings of the rooms, but still clean, warm and with a good buffet. The price I would call honest, then the council.

Very good hotel , well kept and clean , staff is friendly and professional , location is important, along the avenue at the entrance that overlooks a small park , ample parking , swimming pool in construction is promising , the associated , a trendy restaurant in the evening, you can dine without leaving the hotel. If the cost for the pool was thought to a small gym room would have closed the circle of the offer to the customer.

Hats off to the director (not the owner) who strove to change a light bulb in the bathroom, just arrived and immediately burned out.
Hotel 4 stars to the level of a 3 star hotel. (the fact that the reception is open 24 h is not a fundamental point for the qualification of 4 stars)
Furniture faux, modern, room 212 no ventilation in the bathroom (I repeat... a 4-star hotel) with an applique half detached to the side of the bed.
The park does not exist.
Don't go with the Smart Box, as the "last supper" is in fact a restricted menu in a restaurant close to the hotel. In short, common dishes found everywhere, and nothing typical.

Beautiful hotel located in a park, 15 min from the centre of Lucca. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. In our Room we had even 2 bathrooms! Excellent breakfast and nice staff! For 80€ the week of August...

Relaxing and elegant place. Historical Villa with free parking, gym and swimming pool. The restaurant is also worthy with a wide gourmet plates menu.

By mistake, I booked a room on the wrong date and the booking was non-refundable. I emailed them right away and they were so friendly to cancel it for free!

Beautiful hotel in an historic Italian villa. Great attentive service, lovely big rooms and only a short drive from the lovely city of Lucca. Highly recommended
