We visited Montecatini in June and arrived at the hotel without any pre-planning and were very happy to have it. A very pleasant, clean and very nice hotel. The staff is really nice and welcomes you. The room is clean and large, a good breakfast, eggs are prepared on request as well as coffee. It was really nice and definitely if you arrived here you will be blessed.

From the minute we arrived staff were very accommodating and courteous. Hotel had a great location even had perfect parking. A/C in the room was great even though we were there during the heatwave. The location is great, nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel is really noisy, the doors of the rooms closes so hard that you wake up when someone leaves his room. Also a lot of noise from outside.
