Exceptianal rate Come with refrigerator in the room. Beautiful decore. Owner Nicolette is very friendly and warm. One of the best hotels in Montecatini

I stayed in the Hotel Butterfly for two nights with a group of more than 50 college students and could not have enjoyed it more! The rooms are charming and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I would certainly stay again if ever back in Montecatini Terme!

The staff is rude and probably underpaid. I was there end of April and the room was cold, with no extra covers provided and air conditioning not working. Room service refused to change towels and renew toilet paper for unknown reason. The meals were cheap and the cutlery was dirty.

Amazing! I came with my school from america, and it was so nice, the elevator is a bit small, but it’s fine and very beautiful

Rooms were small and cozy, beds were comfy and all windows in room could be opened. Breakfast was not that good

We were staying in a 4 bed room for three nights. Hotel offers what you can expect from hotel with 3 stars. Location is very good. Staff very nice. Vlad, the receptionist, was very kind and helpful.
