I stayed with a group of friends on an Art retreat and we were extremely well looked after. Our meal’s were thoughtfully prepared and our hosts were very friendly and went the extra mile to accommodate us all. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and comfortable and in a beautiful location. I would highly recommend.

Marco and Giusy are very friendly and genuine hosts. I had a wonderful break at their beautiful accommodation nestled in the Tuscan hills. Wonderful breakfast with local produce and homemade cakes. Many thanks!

This property is absolutely beautiful! It’s quiet and away from any huge villages. If you want to explore Tuscany, this is a great spot. The managers work very hard, but they do not speak much English and don’t offer much information. There is nothing provided in the units, so be sure to grocery shop before. The Tuscan dinner is amazing. The breakfast is pretty much a continental style. There are no instructions provided in the units and I believe they offer some food trays but not certain. Nothing is super close to get a meal. Our unit was very dark and we are light people.

This is the most charming accommodation in stunning Tuscan countryside, in real Italy. Incredibly friendly and generous hosts. Beautiful, large, clean swimming pool where the children met other children from all over Europe and played together for many hours. We were treated to a wonderful evening of Tuscan cuisine under the stars. Thank you so much to Marco and Giusy who made us feel so welcome. We would love to return to experience your hospitality again another year.

We spent two weeks as a family holiday, this is the fourth year in a row. The location, the set-up, the facilities, the food, the drinks and the overall service are genuine and professional. The value for money is frankly incredible if you take the time to speak to the owners and let them know what your preferences are. Recommended for a relaxing holiday, immersed in nature, pampered by the ever so courteous Marco&Giusy who will go well out of their way to accommodate a last minute dinner, a night time swim, a visit to the local fete, local restaurants or brief you about the many local attractions (Bolsena Lake, Thermal baths, Aqua parks, Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano, seaside etc). To be done ever and ever again.

Maybe a thief who robs you with a gun will be more gentle and honest than the person responsible for this place.
We booked an apartment to have some relaxing days in the pool, but when we arrived we noticed that the access to the garden was forbidden and the pool was empty.
On booking and on their website, the cover photo is one with the pool in the foreground, besides it was specified that the pool is open from may to september, it wasn’t informed to us that it wasn’t functional.
When we asked the person responsible why this wasn’t informed at the moment of the booking he told us that we must talk to booking.com.
We got in touch with booking.com’s assistance and they told us that the place will give us a discount because of the missing service, but the next day, when we were informed that the discount will be of one euro and he confirmed making fun of us, we left the place.
Besides the relaxing days, we needed to do some hours of remote working, but the internet connection was very unstable and disappeared all the time, very poor quality.
