Good hotel for a seaside holiday. Territory and beach are good. Dinner is wonderful, waiters brought orders very quickly, and the food is very tasty.

The only problem is the reception staff. For some reason they charged me for an extra umbrella on the beach the day I was leaving. The issue is not the 35 €, but the attitude towards guests, when you are simply lied to in your face when you leave. A VERY STRANGE POSITION. I do not pay for services not rendered and I hope that the administration will compensate me for the unjustified bill.

Very upset our flight was delayed and we couldn’t enjoy this resort more. I plan to rectify that with the airline. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff and great breakfast buffet! It’s legit a resort, pool, beach, food, bar. Really nice place! Would definitely stay again and encourage Italy natives to visit here!

Overall good experience. Positive points: cleaness of all the places, from the garden to the rooms and common areas; directly on the beach; nice swimming pool; good quality of the food. To improve: zero entertainment for kids, the bar has a nice view but is a bit "sad", no real happy hours or fun activities; the gym is really basic. After a week we found it a bit boring.

Excellent location right on the beach and a short walk from the town centre. Rooms were comfortable with decent sized balcony. Perhaps a bottle of water in the room plus kettle would be good. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Beach was fantastic and great to have sun beds & towels as part of the package. Breakfast - lots to choose from. Dinner - very good. Wine list - fine and reasonably priced.

My father and I spent a week in this hotel for our summer vacation. Overall, we were very pleased by what the hotel had to offer us. The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help, the rooms were constantly cleaned properly and in great condition and the food was delicious.
Even though, I myself, as a vegetarian was worried at first when I realized that the main courses were almost always something with meat or fish but if the situation were to occur that there was no vegetarian option on the menu, the staff didn’t hesitate to offer and cook a vegetarian meal for me.
The beach was easily accessible and always tidy. In general, I felt like the whole facility was taken very good care of.
For us personally, the location of the hotel was perfect because it isn’t located directly in the center of town which makes it even more peaceful than it already is. Furthermore, it doesn’t take too long to get to town if you want to.
In conclusion, we were more than content with our vacation there and are definitely considering coming back a second or third time :)

We stayed 4 days in this hotel and had a very good time. Splendid location for the beach, friendly staff. The dinners were plentiful and the food was excellent (superlative desserts). Standard room clean, average. Walking immersed in this pine forest is wonderful! There are villages to visit nearby such as Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Populonia, Baratti. We recommend it.

Great hotel in the green, quiet, near the beach. Very friendly, excellent staff. Good meals, large breakfast buffet. Bar with sea view. Swimming pool and tennis court. We came in May and will definitely come back.
