B&B CasaSelita in Orvieto

Beautiful property with really nice quaint rooms. Was great for our one night stay. Really close to Orvieto. You can easily walk up to explore the town and / or go for dinner. The property setting feels like you are in the country.

Wow, a 10/10 experience! We spent a weekend at CasaSelita and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The room and property were so comfortable, charming and welcoming. Selita herself was a wonderful hostess and prepared great breakfasts for us. The B&B is located walking distance to the city so no car rental needed, unless you want one of course. I highly recommend this place!

I have just returned from 6 days at Casa Selita and while I have many wonderful things to say I must start with Selita herself. Selita is by far the best host I've encountered in all my travels. Our morning breakfasts were around a large table in her garden where strangers easily become friends and Selita sets that tone with her warm, engaging personality. The grounds and rooms of Casa Selita are stunning and the walk through her olive groves up to the walled city of Orvieto is spectacular. Selita offers great advice as to day trips, restaurants, wineries and more. You will not find a better place to stay if you are interested in exploring Orvieto and it's surrounding towns. I hope, no I plan, to return one day.

Our second visit because our first was so perfect. Selita is warm, welcoming, and at her morning breakfasts she provides great places to visit and with 1 phone call can get you into any restaurant or extras at a winery. The rooms are cozy, CLEAN with modern plumbing and showers. Outstanding views, quiet, A/C if you need it. Only a short walk up her property into the walled city of Orvieto. Whether you need 1 night on a road trip or an extended stay to explore the region, this is a true local experience. Any future trips to Italy for us will include a few days with Selita, Ciao, Tomasso.

Wonderful place with a wonderful hostess. The rooms are cosy and comfortable and Selita as charming and great company as well as being a great source of local info. Her restaurant tips were particularly on point. The short uphill walk through her olive grove, albeit steep, gets you to the escalator to the City in five minutes, which is very handy!

We had a lovely stay at B&B CasaSelita. The location was a short walk into Orvieto through an olive grove. The little guest house was so charming with a very comfortable bed. We wish we could have stayed longer. The host was very friendly and welcomed us into her home like we were old friends. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Casa Selita. We were warmly welcomed and provided with information on how to access the town. We also received some restaurant recommendations. The walk to Orvieto is a bit uphill, but quite close and the directions to the elevator were easy to follow. Breakfast was nice and the property was very quiet/restful. It isn’t a fancy place, but we found it comfortable and would stay again if given the opportunity.

An absolutely charming and delightful B&B at the bottom of Orvieto with an amazing varied home-made breakfast everyday. Our room was so homely, comfortable (with aircon) and such good value, and the accommodation was one of the highlights of our trip. It's a short walk from the property through their small olive grove to the escalators which take you up into Orvieto. More than anything, Ludovica looked after us so well and we felt so welcome! We can't wait to come back sometime soon.
