This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel, and instead it's like a 1980s Holiday Inn Motor Lodge. The uphill climb from parking lot with luggage was horrible, the layout of the maze of hallways was bizarre and HOT, dated and dirty, crawling with kids and families. We thought we booked a boutique hotel, but got this instead. The rooms were basic, no art on walls, terribly uncomfortable and hard beds, dirty bathrooms. Mid breakfast , definitely not what we are used to in Europe... The pool area was also packed with kids and families and pretty dirty. I do not recommend this place if you are traveling in Tuscany.

In general a good place to stay. Excellent pool and pool area to relax. Good location easy access to station and town and good parking provision. Initial room offer not so good but we were able to move to a much nicer room with no problem.Buffet breakfast good with many options.
The only downside is no WiFi in the rooms but good WiFi in communal areas.

For sure NOT a four star hotel. Bit of a disaster other than the pool.

Unfortunately, it wasn't at all up to the 4-star standard. The only positive was the breakfast. I didn't get to try the pool, so I can't comment on that.
The downsides, however, were: no Wi-Fi in the room, contrary to what was stated in the booking; the room was in truly terrible condition (see attached photos); the cleanliness of the floor in the room left much to be desired, as did the restroom and bathroom in general. The air conditioning emitted a very unpleasant, stale smell, and the room was not soundproofed at all. I asked for an iron (which is always available in 4-star hotels) and was told there wasn't one.
Overall, a truly terrible experience and not worth the money spent.

Great little place
Stayed for 3 Nights really nice little place slightly expensive on the drinks though, the staff were lovely, it’s a shame they don’t have WI-Fi in the Bedrooms something the hotel should consider

Good location & service delivery
Pro:
The hotel is at a very good location. Close to the train station that will take you to the city and out of it.
The breakfast wasn't all that (same old thing everyday), but the dinner was lovely..:a. variety every night.
Con:
No WiFi in the whole building except the swimming pool and lobby. You have to sort out your internet connection if you want to use internet throughout the stay.
The major downside for me is the size of the pool didn't match the number of guests in the hotel. I couldn't have a proper swim in 7 days of staying there. Kids & their parents were in the adult section, leaving the kiddies pool empty! I mean, what is the essence of tennis having kiddies pool when adults section is going to be used by them.

On arrival meet by such friendly reception staff Room 94 allocated on level O overlooking car park. Clean room but not 4* amenities, curtains did not fully block out lights from car park. Comfy bed and decent shower. We were half board and arrived late but had a buffet evening meal which was average. Breakfast was good the following morning and had a lovely day by the pool. Nice hotel would recommend for the price paid.

Prices are fair, but ants 🐜 crawling all over the beedroom floor, lots of stuff that doesn’t work (TV, toilet, shower etc)…. It’s simply not good enough. If it hadn’t been for the perfect pool area and the brilliant location on a hillside providing a breeze during the heatwave, grades had been one further down. Displaying four stars is one and a half too many.

A perfectly cromulent resort with a nice pool but there is no wifi connection to the rooms or most of the hotel, only in reception
