We chose the Savoy hotel as it is in the heart of Florence. The service from the doormen, reception staff and concierge was genuine and effortless. Our room was large and very well laid out with all the amenities you could want. Above all the bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept so well also the shower was hot with excellent pressure. Breakfast was perfect as was the service and view out onto the Piazza. I highly recommend the Hotel Savoy to make your stay in Florence an even better experience. Russell N

We just had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were immensely impressed by every part of our experience. The hotel itself is exceptionally beautiful, in a great location to visit Florence, and the rooms are fantastic. Our experience was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, having to drive and valet in the heart of Florence, the service felt effortless and genuinely welcoming. Every staff member was incredibly kind and attentive. Our room was beautiful with a lovely view, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect for exploring the city. Every minute of our time there was enjoyed to the fullest. Highly recommend the Hotel Savoy for an unforgettable stay.

I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world and Hotel Savoy in Florence is the best. Fantastic hospitality, super clean, and amazing staff. Our favorite touch was housekeeping setting up a small Christmas tree in our room while we were out one day. We will be back and will not look anywhere else but Savoy.
