We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the St. Regis Florence, and our experience started off perfectly — thanks to Rosella. From the minute we checked in, she greeted us with warmth and professionalism. Throughout our stay she treated us exceptionally well, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Her kindness and attentiveness made our visit truly memorable. We always felt looked after, from check-in to check-out. The concierge had great recommendation and Itinerary help.

One of the Most Beautiful Hotels in the world… delicious cuisine, stunning decor, Best location in Florence and Royal Service by a Kind Caring Loving, Respectful Staff like Pieta who created the Ultimate manager in the world and Luca at the front door who went far and beyond sweet by taking such good care of us. While so
many other people treated with such kindness, house keeping, room service and all the bellman and doormen… it was hard to leave. So many gathered to say goodbye and it touched our Heart. Thank you Pieta, Luca and the whole team for being so AMAZING, we Love you and miss you❤️🙏❤️🇮🇹

Overpriced and not worth it. Everything just feels like a constant money grab. First Marriott property I’ve been to where you must sign a bill for every free breakfast. Clearly just trying to get people to tip the staff (tip for self service buffet). Also, butler service doesn’t really mean much unless you want your clothes pressed. Otherwise, you’re getting the same service from the Excelsior across the street for less money. I asked for a single shot espresso while I waited in the lobby, then I was presented with a bill for €10. Ask for a dinner recommendations in town and they begin pushing the on site restaurants. The rooms and staff are nice.

If I could give 6 stars.. I would!
We just left a total of 7 nights at this fabulous hotel, and I will treasure the memories that we made for the rest of our lives!
Every single person that works at this property move together like a fine machine to make each guest feel as though they are the most important person in the room! You can feel the camaraderie between these people , and you can tell that they’ve worked together for a long time!
With warm greetings, beautiful and thoughtful details this team defines professionalism along with a feeling that you’ve known them forever!
We spent most evenings in the Winter Garden bar area, where you are truly transcended to another time. Thursday was a highlight of our trip with Glamour Night.. a very special evening indeed!! We danced the night away, tasted the finest foods, and just loved the signature cocktail of the night.
The spa staff gave us the best massages that we’ve ever had.
I wish that I could remember everyone’s names.. but, I would hate myself for forgetting anyone. From the doormen, the concierge, butler team. Restaurant and bar managers and staff.. made sure that we had the time of our lives. Thank you all!

Easily the best St. Regis we’ve stayed at and one of the most exceptional hotels anywhere. Staying here is every bit as historic and immersive an experience as exploring the city’s landmarks.

The rooms are named after Florentine sites, decorated with frescoes and classic furniture yet fully modern in comfort. The Winter Garden Bar is perfect for a late afternoon pause and home to the best Negroni (native to Florence) I’ve had.

What makes the stay unforgettable is the staff. Service throughout is meticulous but never intrusive. Unlike many other hotels, the concierge team is central to your enjoyment of the city and goes far beyond expectations. Marcelo, in particular, helped shape how we experienced Florence, from what we did, the details we needed to look out for and the exceptional dinners we had.

If you’re hesitating about booking, don’t. This hotel will be as much a reason you’ll love Florence as the city itself.

This St. Regis is located in an old building; it's beautiful, with murals and antique furniture everywhere, giving it a vintage feel. However, my butler was Black, and I felt the service was just average. They didn't even provide children's bathrobes or slippers. For a five-figure night, the Arno River view room, with a view of the iconic Old Bridge, is still worth the price. The complimentary bread rolls from the room service were delicious.

Because the previous stop, St. Regis Venice, left us with a great impression, we thought that St. Regis Florence would be just as good, but it was not what we expected. We stayed for three nights in a row. On the first night, halfway through the shower, I started to have tears and runny nose, and it became difficult to open my eyes. I sneezed many times. I must be allergic to something. After leaving the bathroom, it got a little better. On the second night, it continued, and it was even worse than the first night. I don’t know if I am allergic to the detergent used in the bathroom. I asked the room attendant to flush the shower room. On the third night, it was still the same. Halfway through the shower, I started to have tears and runny nose, and I couldn’t open my eyes. Fortunately, I only stayed for three nights. After leaving Florence, I arrived at St. Regis Rome, and the symptoms disappeared immediately.
