The suite itself was extremely luxurious and comfortable. There was a small issue with the coffee machine, but the staff resolved it very quickly. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, but the pool and jacuzzi during winter are an experience you simply cannot miss.
The service from the entire team is on a different level. In Italy, this level of hospitality is rare. At breakfast, the chef personally came to ask what I like and prepared a custom meal exactly to my preferences. Yes, the hotel is expensive, but it is worth every single euro.
The gym is equipped with the most modern and advanced equipment, one of the best I have seen in a hotel.
I want to thank the entire team for the outstanding care and service.
What really made our stay outstanding, however, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They paid attention to the smallest details and always made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
A special mention goes to Rachelle at the reception. She was more than helpful and incredibly kind throughout our stay. Her warmth, patience, and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly elevated our experience.
Overall, the combination of the stunning rooms, the peaceful atmosphere, and the exceptional service made our time at the Four Seasons Florence unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.
We dined at both the lobby lounge and the restaurant, and both were excellent—great food, great service, and a perfect atmosphere. The spa was top-notch as well, with excellent service throughout.
Overall, this is a premier property and one of the best Four Seasons we’ve ever stayed at—and we’ve stayed at many. Highly recommended.
