All three of us girls were very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk lady noticed we were traveling and kindly gave us a map while patiently explaining nearby attractions. She also helped us book a taxi—we really appreciate it.

Perfect location, very lively with lots of shops and restaurants.
Everybody was helpful and kind. There is only one negative thing; there is a very small elevator and narrow corridor

Wet clean and the staff was helpful with taxis and all Accommodations. The location can’t be beat.

The hotel staff were very helpful, assisting with luggage and calling taxis. The hotel layout was a bit odd, but the rooms were high-ceilinged, spacious, and comfortable. There were plenty of restaurants outside the hotel, all of which were excellent.

Great hotel in the middle of everything!
We were quite pleased with this boutique hotel. Great service, tips, and friendly staff that wants your experience to be a fantastic one! Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms were huge which isnt common today.

Location was excellent. Center area for shopping, restaurants. It’s a small hotel with no lobby and it’s old but very clean with the great service.

The nearest station is Spagna, 3 subway stops from Termini Station. It takes just over 5 minutes with a suitcase from the station. It doesn't take more than 10 minutes.
The front desk staff was kind and allowed me to check in even though I arrived early at around 12 o'clock!
The room was very spacious and very clean, and the cleaning was thorough. There was plenty of room even with my suitcase open.
There was a bathtub separate from the shower room, which was very spacious and I was able to stretch my arms and legs out in the bath. The shower room door was difficult to close and leaked water, so be careful how you close it. Also, the floor where the sink is located can be very slippery once it gets wet, so be careful!
There is water (carbonated and normal. For the normal one, soft water Santa Anna), cola, and Fanta in the refrigerator, which are free of charge.
The hotel does not serve breakfast, but I was told that I could eat it at a nearby restaurant that they have an alliance with, but it was expensive so I decided not to. There are many cafes and supermarkets nearby, so I think it is enough!
There is an elevator, but it is quite narrow and is it for cargo? There were two adults in the car and my husband almost got his forehead stuck in the door. The way to open the door was a mystery and the room was on the second floor, so we basically had to use the stairs to get there.
There were plenty of hangers in the closet, so it was enough for two people. There was also an iron and ironing board, although we didn't use it.

Very good, worth recommending, but the room is a little short
