Hanna was lovely, she helped us a lot with everything we asked her, she gave us info for food, where to go and the transport. The room was really clean and warm!!! We suggest it for sure ☺️

It's not a hotel, it's a three-bedroom apartment, and they only rent out one room. It's more like a guesthouse. If you're looking for something cheap just to sleep, you can settle for this; there's no breakfast, just a coffee machine.
And be prepared to pay a €5 tourist tax per day. The only good thing is that the girl who checks you in is quite nice. I wouldn't go back here.

✅ Strategic location, a stone's throw from St. Peter's, its location is excellent and allows you to reach the center easily, as well as having all the necessary stops near the apartment (bus / train / metro).
The host is very welcoming and professional, helps a lot in finding your way around Rome and is available for any needs.

❌ Breakfast to let go, few things (packaged) and of low quality.
If you care about privacy, know that the room is located in the usual apartment where the host lives, the bedroom door is covered in a superficial way (being glass) and (in addition to not being soundproofed) this can create a certain inconvenience.

comfortable, clean, impeccable hospitality thanks to the owner Mrs. Anna who welcomes her guests with an incomparable professionalism, quiet environment for those in need of relaxation, very close to Piazza San Pietro and therefore a stone's throw from bus and metro stops, the presence of the owner is very discreet but constant at any time ready to give information of any kind, what can I say I would go back tomorrow too, so book with your eyes closed!

It is our first time in a bed & breakfast and we really liked the experience. The room is very spacious, the bed very comfortable, with a large terrace with good views and everything is very clean. We have come with our baby and the place is perfect to be with children. Hannah is charming and has made us feel at home. The site is 5 minutes walk from the Vatican and perfectly connected to the rest of the city by train and bus at the door. When we return to Rome we will definitely stay here again.
