Astoria Golden Gate in Rome

We had water shortage. The walls were thin therefore it was barely noise cancelling it was so severe that we could hear what was spoken in the other rooms. We stayed for 6 days and the room never got cleaned. The staff was friendly but wasn't very fluent in English hence we had some communication issues. Also we have spotted a bed bug but never got bitten.

It was noisy, people were making party at the terrace, so you cannot rest sometimes. Location was good and price, but nothing special.

In Portugal we say "To run away from!"
When we get there no one answer the ring bell.
When we got to enter the building because someone who was leaving let us in and we got to the 5th floor no one was at the reception.
We waited...
When the guy arrives informed us that they did not have what we reserved!
We asked for 3 nights in a suite... the first night we had to sleep in a room with no wc... and no towels... then we changed to other room... the room... and we had another nice surprise... every whisper on the room next door seemed just inside...
We never saw the reception guy again... and had no breakfast for the third day...
Don't go!
