Outstanding accommodation in a small hotel in a great location. Spotlessly clean, the room was well furnished and the bathroom was excellent. Great communication from the owner/manager who went the “extra mile” to provide excellent service. Highly recommended.

We were delighted with our stay here. Francesco and other staff were vey pleasant and extra helpful. The room clean and cozy with a great bed. We loved the patio, too. Great location

What’s good: Very clean and secure, great shower, manager was very helpful. Inexpensive, considering it’s Rome.

What’s bad: This place was described as a guest house for 3 adults, but it was too small for that. Had the sofa bed not been used, there would have been enough space for 2 adults. If I were rating it for 3 adults, I would only give it a 3. The other significant concern is that there are no convenient restaurants. We had to walk quite a distance or take a taxi for meals. There is no breakfast so you have to go out.

We stayed here for two nights on our trip to Rome. Francesco was very friendly and helpful to us. Showing us good routes on how to maximise our time in Rome and see all the sights. The amenities were great. Our room had a small balcony which was lovely. Beds were very comfortable and good quality bed linen/pillows. Room and bathroom were modern. Good hairdryer to use if required. Only aspect we didn't hugely love was that there isn't always a member of staff present and the main door at the main road was broken so was a little unsettling when in a new city. We also couldn't leave our bags due to this as the staff were leaving 5 hours before we were leaving for the airport. It's in a great location - only 10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Great guesthouse in a great location.

Just home after a five night stay in this excellent Relais. Very welcoming and comfortable in a great location. Spotlessly clean, relaxing room with a small balcony. Very modern, chilled decor. Many attractions are walkable and the Metro is a few hundred meters away. We had a great stay and couldn’t fault our accommodation in any way. Excellent.

Great location in the city centre in a historical building. Super nice, very spacious and cleaned room, host very friendly with lots of local suggestions. I'll definitely rebook again when back to Rome!

Perfect location to go explore the city! All stays at a walking distance, you have supermarket, restaurants, etc. around.

The rooms are clean, spacious, bright and comfy!

The host was perfectly nice and friendly, giving us directions, tips and a city map so we could do the best with our time.
