AntiquaRoma in Rome

The location of this guesthouse is fantastic! A 20-30 walk in any direction will bring you to some of the most incredible sights in Rome. The guesthouse was located on the second floor, and did have a working elevator. Check in was quick and efficient, we were shown how to use the various keys and encouraged to speak to staff if we needed anything (staff spoke great English). We stayed in a room with self-contained bathroom; very spacious and had everything we needed, including lots of accessible outlets. If you're visiting Rome for the first time, I would highly recommend booking a tour of the Vatican (even if you're not religious; it's stunning), and walking through Piazza Navona. Nearby food that I'd recommend: Cantina e Cucina, Gelateria Della Palma, Osteria da Fortunata. The Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Spanish Steps are also all within walking distance. Quick and easy bus ride to the Colosseum as well.

Very nice, preserving part of the classic with modern comforts, with everything you need for a beautiful stay. The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful. The location in a quiet area close to everything to walk day and night too! Worth recommending and repeating!
