Reaĺly good hotel. Service was amazing. Restaurant was good albeit dined there twice and second time wasnt as good. Advertised spa ans massage facilities, including a brochure about treatments in my room, but the masseuse was on holiday and not available so that was disappointing.

Located near a residential area, it's very convenient to get to from the highway if you're driving, and the parking lot has plenty of spaces. It's just a 3-minute walk from the hotel to the T1 tram, which goes directly to the main island of Venice. The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic, which is considered excellent service in Italy.

A rural motel. The facilities are similar to guesthouses in major Chinese cities. It's basically comparable to a non-chain budget hotel in China, around 100 yuan. The receptionist was very friendly. It was accessed from a gas station. Novotel is right next door.

It's a motel next to the highway; the environment and cleanliness are decent, and there's a supermarket nearby. The receptionist let me check in at 11:30 am, and told me not to wait until the afternoon.

Great budget hotel! It’s about a 15 minute bus ride into Venice. The room had air conditioning, which was heavenly. It is also about a 5 minute walk from a big grocery store. Very clean rooms. There is also a room with a microwave, some cutlery and a fridge (there is no sink there though so you have to go back to your room to wash your dishes).

The hotel is a typical 3 star hotel with good value for money. It's across the main train station and everything is pretty close and there is a good conction 5 minute max with a train that goes every 5 minutes. The hotel is centrally located, yet away from the busy street. Early check-in is not permitted, but we were able to check in an hour early (as soon as our room was cleaned). The staff was very unfriendly and uncooperative. The elevator wouldn't open the door; it was stuck and had to be forced open, and it was also very slow. We thought it had broken and we were stuck. The bathroom floods when you shower because there's no partition between the shower and the floor. I wouldn't return.

We spent the Ferragosto long weekend at this typical hotel on the Brenta Riviera and had a wonderful time! The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The bus stop to Venice is right in front of the hotel! And the location is very convenient for any destination! My only suggestion for improving the Italian breakfast service would be to add some local products and pastries...

This hotel was adequate for my stay. I checked in two days before with a 10 day break and two days after the room on second floor met all the specs of needed. However, the one on the ground floor was very noisy with the stairs almost going over it and the outside wall to the street noisy breakfast which doesn’t start until 730 was unavailable on my leaving day.

I was a little disappointed in the All car breakfast as I’m type two diabetic and found limited choices

Stayed at Hotel Cris during a short stay in Venice and was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I had everything we needed; staff member named Anna does an excellent job of representing the hotel and making it feel like home! All together, we enjoyed staying in that hotel. The beds are really convinient. We were satisfied with the receptionists, who were on duty 7/24 and helped a lot (public transport, venice tax, getting back to airport etc.).
