Clean, comfortable hotel. Simple but well-prepared cuisine. Courteous and helpful staff. Rich and varied breakfast.

Very antiquated and not in a charming way. Option - leave window open to noisy street & cigarette smoke or enjoy very hot room. Cafè/breakfast inedible. Serving staff cranky. Wouldn’t recommend - the town certainly will have better places.

We spent the Ferragosto long weekend at this typical hotel on the Brenta Riviera and had a wonderful time! The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The bus stop to Venice is right in front of the hotel! And the location is very convenient for any destination! My only suggestion for improving the Italian breakfast service would be to add some local products and pastries, rather than packaged snacks. We'll definitely be back!

Very nice location and beautiful area. Friendly and helpful staff especially the owner. What was disapointing is that self service laundry is advertised on their site. We thus planned to use this hotel for that, however it was not available. For self service laundry you had to walk 1.7km for a specific place, which the rececpionist could not really provide proper directions for. The lighting in the rooms aren't great. Breakfast had very limited options.

Dirty , old and smelly. Disgusting and awful. Forced to stay another day if I live through the mold problems. Others in my group have same. Room has tablecloths for towels! Can't wait to escape this stink hole. The carpet is probably the host of the mouldy smell?

Very clean hotel, completely renovated but always elegant, excellent welcome and helpful staff, breakfast with great care and above all an excellent price for what is offered. Recommended all year round

Lovely hotel with good sized rooms (by European standards). Rooms are very clean and bathrooms are large. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Not a lot of choice for group breakfasts but supper was very good. Washer and dryer were broken when we were here.

Such a beautiful place to stay for a few days! The town is sleepy but way better to sleep here than in Venezia itself.

So my stay here was good, but I can't rate it 5 stars. However, I would stay here again.
Pro:
- nice staff, especially the reception
- bus station for Venice in front of the hotel, with option to buy tickets from reception
- the staff gave us all information needed, even more
- quite place
- comfortable beds
Cons:
- a heavy smell of cigarettes and smoke in the rooms
- furniture and bathroom very old
- breakfast was included, but in my opinion was quite lame. Just a few options (one kind of ham, one kind of cheese, boiled eggs, cereals, milk). It was not bad, but for sure below the average you can find at most of the hotels

Great value for the money. Conveniently located for taking the bus. Wish they had air conditioning though.
