Fantastic location and a fantastic host. We absolutely loved staying here, balcony overlooked part of the Rialto bridge. Plenty of food and shops around. Highly recommended

This place is amazing so safe, clean and convenient!! Barnaba our host met us off the airport boat so close!! Comms were clear telling us what airport boat to get. I did find the email before confirmation unnecessarily long but it's just an attempt to be clear and concise. Layout of the apartment is a bit counterintuitive but these are older buildings. It's clean, convenient & 2 seconds from rialto Bridge! Which is the place! 10 minute walk to doge Palace and sooo central

The location was amazing, only a few steps away from the Rialto bridge. The beds were very comfortable, full kitchen facilities with dishwasher, beautifully designed apartment. The double glazed windows kept all the noise out, the roonms were very quiet and the air-conditioning worked really well, we loved it.

First time in magical Venice!!! ❤ We are Soo glad that we decided to book this apartment!! Everything it was fantastic!! The location was more than WOW, the accommodation, the design of the accommodation, beds & bed linen, Netflix, wi-fi, dining room, living room, Everything was beyond our expectations!! Starring through the window with a cup of coffee at the people walking through tinny streets and Rialto Bridge until late night was more than awesome!!😊😊
Mrs. Francesca helped us with everything we needed. Thank you guys🙏🙏 for making our holidays even more exciting!! Definitely will choose this accommodation again when we come back to Venice and highly recommend to whomever want to visit this amazing part of Italy!!❤❤

You can't find a better location in the city for an appartement, we visited the whole city by foot thanks to the perfect location ! This is a HUGE bonus to enjoy every part of the city 😍

We were so lucky to have this apartment for our stay in Venice. It's was nice and big . It was located near by basically everything you need in you Venice stay. We loved it very much. The only downside was the stair as there was no elevator on the building but the owner helped us move oyr luggage in and out. But for sure our next visit will be in this amazing apartment.
