Not even the smallest luxury was overlooked, from towel warmer, to sauna and steam shower, blackout drapes and sheer curtains that automatically open. Two fully stocked mini fridges with a great selection

Whilst the building is very old (13th century), the initial response is 'what have I booked', however both of us are very glad that we did book this hotel, both for its, staff, cleanliness and location - a rare find Noise level: low, not in noisy part of town, however very close to funicular and castle Service: Excellent

One of the most memorable stays in all of Europe and that says a lot since we actively seek out locations with Michelin Keys. Relais Colle San Pietro is worthy of such recognition

Shown to our room it was absolutely beautiful Clearly a lot work had gone into the design. The whole relais was well thought out the location was absolutely superb the funicular was right next to the hotel

Arrived after travelling by train from Florence. Sandro was there to greet us check in seamless we went on the balcony prior to being shown to our room what struck me was the amazing view

Verona is a beautiful and interesting old city but was made especially affective by staying here. Located overlooking the river and bridge into the old city it’s a great location

Relais Fra Lorenzo is overall a very nice hotel, perfectly located and overlooking the city with beautiful views. The outdoor pool makes it especially appealing in summer, and the service throughout is warm and friendly

The main downside is breakfast, which felt underwhelming for the price point, and while the rooms have an antique charm, they could be better maintained and more refined, particularly the suites

I highly recommend the hotel which has a nice panoramico view. The breakfast is awesome. They kindly gave us away a bottle of local olive. And there is a good shuttle bus service.

Expected it to be in a great location, but never thought the place would be this elegant and posh! The owner and all the staff are so lovely and always happy to help

Despite this, it’s still a very enjoyable stay thanks to the setting and atmosphere. Quietly rated: worth stopping

There were disposable slippers. The room key was not a card type but an old-fashioned physical key. The key had a heavy ornament attached to it, but the front desk would keep it for you when you left.

The staff were always super friendly and quickly assisted with any queries. Breakfast was nice every day, albeit same each day. The room was a good size and had everything we needed, nice and clean

Good quality stay I stayed there for one night in a one person room. The room was very nice and clean, the bathroom too. Breakfast buffet was included and tasteful. The staff was nice and helpful

Fantastic location, friendly staff We were worried about this hotel being a bit out of the way but we were so wrong - it’s in a great location, walkable to the key areas of Verona

The hotel was perfect for our first time in Verona, giving us a great base to explore and enjoy the city. Very close the Arena so would be good if visiting for a concert there

The hotel is pretty good! The waiters are very enthusiastic! I stayed for three days. One day, the hotel waiter forgot to clean the room. The hotel offered to waive the breakfast fee for the next day

As a result, when I checked out, I found that the breakfast fee for three days was waived!

The day before checkout, we arranged at reception to have a taxi called for us in the morning; we had to show up at reception 10 minutes early. In reality, they didn't call us a taxi

She also has insanely good recommendations for food! Location off the beaten track but perfect to enjoy local bars and be around the community with a short walk into the city My mark for service was marked down slightly for the spa

We opted to have the spa in that dead time from checkout to airport but whilst it was a paid extra we were denied the opportunity to chill before flying home. Such a shame esp as it was raining!

We stayed in this luxurious hotel for a few nights and it was all clean and staff was very welcoming and helpful. Location wasn't bad, about 15min walk and bus stops were nearby

Yes breakfast was simplistic but after loading with carbs all the salami and cheeses in previous days simplistic start to the day and lovely espresso was perfect

Other reason to come back here were lovely and strong Spritz drinks :D We would definitely recommend this hotel. We would ONLY improve their breakfast bufet

This hotel was home for the three nights we enjoyed the beauty of Verona. Rooms were very comfortable with great beds and amenities

There's a bus stop near the train station where you can buy tickets on the platform, which is very convenient, but we didn't quite understand how to use the tickets

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was super walkable to the train Station. Amazingly, it was very quiet as well. I did not hear any train noises while sleeping at all

In the train station, if you need to go to the platform on the first floor, you will be reminded by email. There are only two floors in total. The room is quite big and the bed is soft

Situated just next to the train station, very convenient if you want to make a train trip. Walking to city center takes 20 minutes

The facilities are complete, the transportation is convenient, and the service is good. It's 100 meters from the train station

The only drawback is that the bathroom does not have an exhaust system. Breakfast has less variety and good quality

Spacious and homely with good bedrooms, bathrooms and excellent helpful and professional staff with nice balconies on some bedrooms and lovely outdoor terrace for sunny days. Stayed several times and always happy

When traveling on business in Italy, you must book a hotel with parking. This hotel has it and it's free. The room is OK, the bathroom is clean and the facilities are OK. Very cost-effective hotel.

Ideal if you are traveling by car, the rooms were beautiful and the bed comfortable. The staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was good and most of all free parking included.

Helpful staff, nice and clean room. Breakfast with a rich buffet selection. Center of Verona is 5km away, Gardaland is 15min away.

The rooms are comfortable and nice; the only thing I would change is the bathroom—it's so small you have to put your feet in the shower to use the toilet. But for a couple of nights, it's good value for money

The breakfast was very good, although the fact that it's in a separate building is a bit of a hassle in the mornings, even though it's just a stone's throw away

I flooded the bathroom every time I showered. They need to upgrade the shower doors. The bathroom was ridiculously small. The breakfast is an added charge and expensive for what it is so we went elsewhere for breakfast

Rooms were very modern, clean, and additional requests were welcome. Breakfast room and the selection was exceptional and the staff were friendly and accomodating

I think it would be great for the hotel to keep these items on the menu for other families. The restaurant for breakfast was right next to the pool which was a welcome feature of the property

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were fully air-conditioned which was needed in summer. The towels were changed daily and the rooms serviced

Nice hotel with a nice pool and garden. Very friendly staff, good service. Rooms are a little bit old style, but ok. Rooms facing the street are noisy due to high traffic there.

Room 59 had the spare bed which made the room slightly smaller than room 56 which didn't have the spare bed but had more space and a couch. The bathroom was slightly dated in room 59 while room 56 was very modern

Great Hotel, The place is very clean. The people are extremely hospitable and very nice. They have a good breakfast. The park is very nice and provides a great place for kids and family. I strongly recommend going there.

If you are travelling as a young family room 56 would be a better option. The staff adjusted the menu to allow for a additional things for our family including apple juice, chicken nuggets and pancakes

Our stay at was amazing. It's a lovely family run hotel, located 5 minutes walk from the Arena. Nothing was too much trouble for Francesca and her team. Great breakfast also. I would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel has a lift, so we didn’t have to carry our luggage up to the third floor. Our room was clean, spacious, and even had a lovely balcony. However, the tiled flooring can feel quite cold on chilly days

Albergo Trento is a charming, family-run hotel. A baby was peacefully sleeping in the lobby while we were checking in, which added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere

I would recommend that the hotel provide bedroom slippers to make guests more comfortable. Service was amazing—not just during check-in, but beyond that as well

Convenient location, in the center, a few minutes walk from the main attractions (we spent a weekend in Verona and never needed to use public transport). Large, welcoming and spotless room

This is my fourth time staying at this property. The owners are incredibly sweet and extremely helpful. The location is just three minutes from Piazza Erbe and Piazza Bra

Lovely stay. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The staff were attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable, though some areas could use a little refresh.

The room is very clean, the air conditioner is new, the room and bathroom are large, and the kitchen utensils, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans are very convenient

The apartment is large, with two doors, and is very secure. It is right on the edge of the old town, but the parking lot is 35 euros a day and you still have to walk a distance.

It is very close to Juliet's home and the Arena Opera House. There are also supermarkets, Chinese restaurants, bus stops, and various coffee shops and restaurants nearby

It was a hotel that felt like I was staying at an ordinary Italian home, and everything about the facilities, cleanliness, and location was convenient and satisfactory

This is a different hotel as it is a floor with the apartments distributed on the same floor with the same shared lobby where the reception is located. It bothered me that the reception was right in front of my room

If I hadn't asked a waiter at a nearby coffee shop for help finding the entrance, I would have had a really hard time finding it (there was construction going on in front of the hotel, so there were barriers)

However, the rooms were quite nice and had everything you needed. The hotel's location is excellent; it's right next to a pedestrian street, and very close to the Ancient Arena and Juliet's House

The garden is very nicely decorated and there is outdoor toys for children. We contacted the customer service via WhatsApp and they have been very responsive. Looking forward to stay there again at our next visit

com and as we arrived everything was exactly like described and shown on the photos. It's been very easy for us to enjoy and relax our vacation. The apartments offer everything you need, are clean and comfy

There was everything in the house, it was a pity that we always went around, but when we returned it felt like we were at home. go ahead like this you deserve praise also and above all for the cleanliness

So if we start with cleaning I should put 11. Tickets for Gardaland at a lower price. We took a house with two bathrooms, one cleaner and more beautiful than the other

This is a wonderful accommodation! I always stay there while in Verona.

- Towels, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, and even bedding didn’t feel premium. The toilet paper was surprisingly low quality

I stayed here for a couple nights. My room had nice decor and was clean although a little small. The people were all super nice. The bed and pillows were great. It’s in old town and easy to walk to things

This hotel met or exceeded all of our expectations. We booked the hotel using our American Express privileges, and the Vista Verona made sure that all of the potential benefits were provided

Nice room, clean and modern bathroom, convenient kitchen space, good location! It was a nice experience The only thing: I stayed on the 4th floor and at night there was a strange noise from the ceiling - maybe the air duct as if something was stuck there but the sound was on and off every now and then, during the day I could hear it but it was time but in the middle of the night it was scary otherwise...

We had room facing Corso Porta Nuova which is quite busy as it is close to the Arena and a school (university campus). Since the heater was on, the room was quite warm. The only option was to open the window

Loved the details of the curtains marching throughout the hotel and the beautiful details with the bowls and vases placed throughout. The staff were lovely and we loved the accommodation and our little balcony

The owner was very helpful and responsive to messages also let us leave our bags early which meant we could explore before check in without luggage. Would definitely stay again if back in Verona

Note that it gets noisy until after 10:30-11:00pm. But we were able to get good sleep with the window opened. Thank you to staff of Relais Empire, we were able to enjoy Verona to its fullest

We had the terrace facing the street and the bathroom shared with another girl, but there was no problem as it was very clean

The only flaw of the breakfast was that the choice was only between sweet pieces and not even a salty piece. Excellent quality-price and advice to those who want to go to Verona

The location is great, located very close to the center and within walking distance. The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and helpful

We had to call a number and the door would open on the first ring but as we were unable to do this we hung around and someone exited the building and we entered it - it was a bit of a faff but once in it was easy

The perfect balance: just a short drive to Verona and far enough to enjoy the calm and charm of the countryside. The swimming pool was probably one of the most appreciated highlights : a lovely spot to relax and unwind

Spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen. Location is outstanding, right in the middle of old city center. Very helpful stuff at reception. It has an elevator to help with the luggage

One interesting thing: each apartment is decorated in a different style and named after an opera. The location is absolutely fantastic – in the heart of Verona, yet very quiet

Verona town centre is 10 minutes in the other direction. Corte Merighi is ideally situated in a quite side street, no noise from traffic and the air conditioned rooms made very comfortable to stay in

Charming host, rooms spotless, breakfast very nice. The bed and breakfast is situated 10 minutes from the train station and coach station - ideal for trips to Lake Garde and Venice

Basic clean accommodation about a 15 /20 min walk into the main area. Aircon was a bit noisy in the night and lots of midges and mosquitoes in the court yard so lots of insect repellent. Otherwise all good.
