Forest Estate in Niseko

Nice place. Very nice living room (with fireplace), and kitchen area.
Enough space for 1 or 2 parking (3 with the correct orientation). We stayed in Forest Estate 2, which is directly at the bottom of the hill.
The masters bedroom doesnt have a tub (only the common bathroom has one), which is a must after a day at the slopes. The bedrooms located on the bottom floor was much colder, and the heaters seemed not to function (they were though, just very weak).

Amazing huge place. Great location near to grand hirafu and hirafu town. Bathrooms are spacious, complete kitchenware. My family really enjoyed our stay here and look forward for our next visit here

We stayed in Forest Estate 2 in December. We were a group of 5 including 3 teenagers. Beds were very comfortable and great to have warm bathrooms during Winter. Lovely comfy bedding and pillows. Great ammenities eg. microwave/steam oven, great little washing machine and plenty of fridge space. Locker room for ski storage was really good with bench to sit and put on boots. Huge sofa to allow for all of us to sit and relax and large dining area for eating. Some additional TV channels with English language including Movie Channel with mostly English language movies although some blockbusters dubbed in Japanese and no way to change, but we found something to watch most nights. Also BBC news channel which was good. Large main bathroom including bath, good size ensuite and separate toilet near entrance was really great for the 5 of us. Short walk up the hill to 7-Eleven and other stores close by. Managers of property not far if there were issues. As we arrived 2nd week of the season, the local shuttle down past the place was not running yet, so property managers were happy to give us a ride up the hill to the main ski lift until the shuttle kicked in which was very kind and helpful. Also can recommend Rhythm Ski hire as they were happy to come and collect all of the gear the day we were checking out. Lift passes included with accomodation were a good deal. Accomodation also close to local restaurants - Bar Moon (highly recommended for Ramen) just 1 min walk and Bar Gyu (Fridge Bar) which opened whilst we were there (5 min walk). Fantastic week, acomodation amazing.

Excellent property situated close to the heart of Niseko & equipped with all the facilities you could ask for.

We stayed here as a group of 5 and were supremely impressed by a number of things:
- The staff. The team were excellent. From check-in to check-out, they helped us with absolute professionalism and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay.
- The location. The property is walking distance from the Grand Hirafu welcome centre & .Base ski lifts, making it ideal for getting to and from the slopes early. On top of that, the views of Mt.Yotei were breathtaking - you could get a clear view of the symbolic mountain from several rooms on a good day.
- The facilities. The kitchen was large for Japanese standards and equipped with bonuses like: a toaster; coffee maker; microwave oven; nabe pot etc. The living room was spacious and came with a wood stove which added to the ambience in the evening. The ski-room was a real blessing as it allowed us to hang and dry our gear after a day on the slopes (fyi there were enough hangers to comfortably take gear for all 5 of us). The bathrooms (3 in total, 2 with a shower and bathtub) were clean and fitted with good heating functions.

Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough if staying in Niseko, and I can’t wait to visit again!

5 minutes walk from main hirafu shops. Uphill for the ski lifts but that's true for most places . Spacious rooms, clean space and cosy lounge.

Very accessible to restos and Hirafu-zaka. You can go to convenience stores nearby (Lawson, Secomart, Hirafu 188). Also near from base of skiing areas and equipment rental (Aya Hirafu, etc.) You have shuttle buses every 20-30 minutes depending where you want to go from 8am till 830pm. Excellent amenities at our services apartment. We got a three bedroom loft with a nice view of Mount Yoti. Internet is sometimes slow.
